    Управління стратегічним розвитком медичного закладу (на прикладі ТОВ «Діагностика Україна»)

    В роботі досліджено теоретико-методичні та прикладні аспекти управління стратегією розвитку медичного закладу. Визначено сутність стратегій, класифікація стратегій, етапи стратегічного управління в медичному закладі. Проведено комплексну оцінку діяльності ТОВ «Діагностика Україна». Запропоновано альтернативні варіанти стратегічного розвитку медичного закладу. In the Master’s thesis, the theoretical-methodical and applied aspects of the formation of a managing the development strategy of a medical institution were investigated. The essence of strategies, the classification of strategies, stages of strategic management in a medical institution are defined. A comprehensive assessment of the activity of the «Diagnostyka Ukraine» LLC was carried out. Alternative options for the strategic development of the medical institution are proposed.
