    Корпоративна соціальна відповідальність міжнародних компаній (на прикладі Philip Morris International)

    У роботі проаналізовано теоретичні засади корпоративної соціальної відповідальності (КСВ). Автор розкриває основні характеристики КСВ, розглядає моделі та ключові елементи КСВ та досліджує еволюцію концепцій КСВ. Окрема частина роботи присвячена аналізу сучасних тенденцій розвитку КСВ у міжнародному тютюновому бізнесі, де визначено вектори КСВ тютюнових компаній, досліджено чинники внутрішньої та зовнішньої КСВ компанії Philip Morris International (PMI), а також оцінено ефективність впровадження КСВ цією компанією. У ході дослідження автор дійшов такого висновку: незважаючи на тиражовані РМІ досягнення КСВ, вони не відповідають Рекомендаціям ВООЗ з боротьби проти тютюну та принципам КСВ, про що свідчать численні дослідження, публікації ВООЗ, громадських організацій, а також судові позови проти діяльності РМІ в різних країнах світу, а також оманливі заяви її керівництва про те, що нові бездимні технології IQOS є нешкідливими для здоров'я людини. На основі проведеної роботи автор сформулював рекомендації щодо реалізації КСВ-стратегій компанії PMI в Україні. The paper analyzes the theoretical principles of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The author reveals the main characteristics of CSR), considers models and key elements of CSR, and examines the evolution of CSR concepts. A separate part of the work is devoted to the analysis of modern trends in the development of CSR in the international tobacco business, where the vectors of CSR of tobacco companies are determined, the factors of internal and external CSR of Philip Morris International (PMI) are investigated, and the effectiveness of CSR implementation by this company is evaluated. In the course of the research, the author came to the following conclusion: despite the CSR achievements replicated by the PMI, they do not correspond to the WHO Recommendations on tobacco control and CSR principles, as evidenced by numerous studies, publications by the WHO, public organizations, as well as lawsuits against the activities of the PMI in various countries of the world, as well as misleading statements of its management regarding the fact that the new smokeless IQOS technologies are harmless to human health. Based on the work, the author formulated recommendations for the implementation of CSR strategies of PMI in Ukraine.
