    У дипломній роботі автору вдалося дослідити принципи та інструменти міжнародного менеджменту. Визначено умови ефективності диверсифікації та цифровізації в управлінні міжнародною компанією. Автор дослідив еволюцію та стратегічні пріоритети John Deere у міжнародному бізнесі та проаналізував динаміку діяльності John Deere на ринках Східної Європи та України. Автор вирішив визначити варіанти диверсифікації продуктового портфеля. Встановити напрямки застосування цифрових робототехнічних технологій для підвищення конкурентоспроможності John Deere на ринках. In the thesis, the author managed to research the principles and tools of international management. The conditions for the effectiveness of diversification and digitalization in the management of an international company are determined. The author investigated the evolution and strategic priorities of John Deere in international business and analyzed the dynamics of John Deere's performance in the markets of Eastern Europe and Ukraine. The author decided to identify options for diversifying the product portfolio. Set directions for the application of digital robotic technologies to increase John Deere's competitiveness in the markets.
