    Злиття та поглинання у міжнародному бізнесі (на прикладі «Microsoft»)

    У цій дипломній роботі розглядається роль злиття та поглинання у контексті міжнародного бізнесу, зосереджуючись на прикладі корпорації Microsoft. Дослідження має на меті дослідити мотиви прийняття стратегічних рішень корпорацією Майкрософт щодо злиття та поглинання, проблеми, які виникають під час цього процесу, а також результати та вплив цих угод на глобальні бізнес-операції компанії. Використовуючи комплексну дослідницьку методологію, автор аналізує низку первинних і вторинних джерел даних, щоб дослідити історичні дії Microsoft у сфері злиттів та поглинань, у тому числі відомі придбання, такі як LinkedIn, GitHub і Skype. У дослідженні аналізуються стратегічні цілі та стимули, які спонукали Microsoft до цих придбань, наприклад, розширення портфоліо продуктів, вихід на нові ринки та розширення технологічних можливостей. This diploma work examines the role of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the context of international business, focusing on the case study of Microsoft Corporation. The study aims to explore the motivations behind Microsoft's strategic decision-making in pursuing M&A activities, the challenges encountered during the process, and the outcomes and impacts of these transactions on the company's global business operations. Using a comprehensive research methodology, the author analyzes a range of primary and secondary data sources to investigate the historical M&A activities of Microsoft, including notable acquisitions such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Skype. The study explores the strategic objectives and drivers that led Microsoft to pursue these acquisitions, such as expanding its product portfolio, entering new markets, and enhancing technological capabilities.
