    Управління медичною сферою в умовах поширення пандемії коронавірусу

    Кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей управління медичною сферою України в умовах поширення пандемії COVID-19. У роботі розкрито сутність медичної сфери як об'єкта державного управління, охарактеризовано механізми та інструменти управління системою охорони здоров'я, досліджено вплив пандемії на функціонування медичної системи. Проведено комплексний аналіз стану охорони здоров'я України до та під час пандемії, оцінено ефективність державної антипандемічної політики та управлінських рішень. Узагальнено зарубіжний досвід управління медичними системами в умовах кризи. За результатами дослідження розроблено науково обґрунтовані рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності державного управління медичною сферою в Україні з урахуванням можливих майбутніх пандемічних загроз. The bachelor's qualification thesis is devoted to studying the management features of the Ukrainian medical sphere in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The work reveals the essence of the medical sphere as an object of public administration, characterizes the mechanisms and instruments of healthcare system management, and examines the impact of the pandemic on the medical system's functioning. A comprehensive analysis of Ukraine's healthcare condition before and during the pandemic has been conducted, and the effectiveness of state anti-pandemic policy and management decisions has been assessed. Foreign experience in managing healthcare systems in crisis conditions has been summarized. Based on the research results, scientifically grounded recommendations for improving the effectiveness of public administration of the medical sphere in Ukraine have been developed, taking into account possible future pandemic threats.
