    Formation of Competitive Development Strategy of a Company (on the basis of “TOP ACOUSTIC” LLC )

    The research focuses on the Ukrainian construction market and highlights its relevance. A comprehensive market analysis reveals the existence of demand and untapped opportunities for new products.The theoretical portion of the research involves consolidating various sources to define competitive strategy, explore different types of business strategies, and outline the key steps in strategy development.To conduct the market analysis, modern analytical tools such as statistical information processing, financial analysis, industry trends analysis, PEST- and SWOT-analysis, and competitors' analysis were employed. The research compares and describes different business development options. Additionally, two business development projects are proposed and justified. These proposals are realistic and can be feasibly implemented within the company.
