Студент ще пам’ятає про шлях своєї думки до щойно зафіксованого результату, він практично одразу співвідносить зафіксоване з правилом, що є в його свідомості, але залишилося незапитаним, або звертається до граматичного довідника. При цьому шанси студента на успішне подолання з’ясованих недоліків та набуття навичок граматично та лексично вірно оформленого письмового та/або усного мовлення значно зростають. Описані методи та інструменти ефективні й за умов дистанційного навчання. The author deals with the importance of the immediate check of results for granting controlling by learning and teaching activities in German foreign language lessons. The author practices such immediateness by using his own computer-aided interactive tutors. The student’s mind paths to the already determined result are still fresh in his memory. He can either quote the necessary rule out of his own memory or consult a reference work. The student’s prospects of: a) successfully coming over cleared deficiencies, b) developing of his or her skills in correct oral and written expression increase significantly. The methods and instruments discussed here also apply to distance learning.Item Криптовалютні відносини в Україні: Економіко-правовий аналіз(Мукачівський державний університет, 2021) Ковтун, Володимир Володимирович; Kovtun, Volodymyr; Овсієнко, Ольга Вікторівна; Ovsiienko, OlhaУ статті розглядаються передумови формування та розвитку криптовалютних відносин, стан їх правового регулювання в Україні. Доведено, що правове регулювання криптовалютних відносин в Україні недостатнє, що має негативні економічні наслідки у вигляді шахрайства, недоотримання державним бюджетом коштів. Обґрунтовано шляхи удосконалення нормативно-правового регулювання криптовалютних відносин, а саме: упорядкування термінологічної бази; визначення напрямів роботи з криптовлютними активами; встановлення дозволу юридичним особам на роботу з криптовалютою; регламентація оподаткування криптовалютних операцій. Визначено позитивні соціально-економічні наслідки унормування криптовалютного обігу – введення криптовалют у господарський обіг, запобігання економічному шахрайству, збільшення надходжень до державного бюджету. The article is devoted to the consideration of the key prerequisites for the formation and development of cryptocurrency, the principles and methods of its creation, its economic nature, the state of legal regulation of cryptocurrency relations in Ukraine. The relevance of considering this issue arises, since cryptocurrency is becoming a widespread phenomenon in our country and the world as a whole, which is caused by scientific and technical progress, which has become a dotic phenomenon in all spheres of human life. Ways to improve the legislative regulation of cryptocurrency relations are proposed, since in our country it is imperfect, in particular in civil law (the introduction of cryptocurrency as an object of civil circulation), commercial law (the ability to provide legal entities with the necessary licenses to work with cryptocurrency in the process of commercial and other activities), criminal law (creation of prerequisites for the introduction of cryptocurrency as an object of special confiscation, and so on), tax law (the problem of taxation of cryptocurrency transactions and the establishment of the required amount of tax duty on them), improvement of the terminological base, a pattern is indicated in determining the directions of work with cryptocurrency assets, defined their potential economic consequences for the economy of our state. Conclusions are made about the positive features of cryptocurrency, the risks of this economic phenomenon are identified, the possibility of leveling the harmful consequences of risks by regulating these processes at the legislative level is considered. Analyzed the work of famous scientists working with finance, financial law in the field of the essence of cryptocurrency and related processes, their economic and legal nature. The approaches of various scientists regarding the settlement of cryptocurrency relations in our country were investigated. Conclusions are made about the state of cryptocurrency relations in the country based on statistical data. Through the prism of history, the evolution of the development of legislative thought in Ukraine regarding the normalization of cryptocurrency relations was considered, errors were indicated during the development of these bills. The international experience of different countries in relation to cryptocurrency and its introduction into financial circulation, establishing control over these operations has been investigated.Item Навчання спонтанному письмовому та усному мовленню іноземною (німецькою) мовою в умовах дистанційного навчання(ДВНЗ «Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана», 2022-04-21) Ковтун, Володимир Сергійович; Kovtun, Volodymyr; Ковтун, Владимир СергеевичВ статті розглядаються деякі етапи дидактичного алгоритму з розвитку навичок спонтанного письмового мовлення як невід’ємної складової розвитку спонтанного усного мовлення. Цей дидактичний алгоритм автор практикує в умовах дистанційного навчання німецької мови. Його використанню передує опрацюванням студентами вправ інтерактивних комп’ютерних практикумів автора як базового навчального матеріалу. Для свідомого студента аналіз здійсненого ним висловлення стає суттєвим кроком в розвитку як його вмінь та навичок формулювання спонтанного письмового та/або усного висловлення так й значення якісного володіння лексично-граматичним матеріалом для досягнення тематично-комунікативної коректності висловлення студента. The article covers some steps of the didactic algorithm in the development of spontaneous written as well as oral expression. The author practices the didactic algorithm in distance learning of the German language. Before applying the algorithm, the students complete the exercises of the author's interactive computer-aided tutorial. A conscious student realizes the analysis of his utterance as a crucial step in the development of his written or oral expression. The student improves his perception of cause and effect of qualitative mastery of lexis and grammar in order to achieve thematic and communicative correctness of his expression.Item Приклад комплексного фахового комунікативно-змістовного підходу до дидактизації мовних та мовленнєвих явищ німецької мови засобами інтерактивних практикумів автора з врахуванням психологічних аспектів дистанційного навчання(Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана, 2023-04-27) Ковтун, Володимир Сергійович; Kovtun, Volodymyr; Ковтун, Владимир СергеевичАвтор аналізує практичній приклад комплексного фахово спрямованого комунікативно-змістовного підходу до дидактизації мовних та мовленнєвих явищ німецької мови засобами комп’ютерних інтерактивних практикумів [ІП 1; 2; 3; 4] з урахуванням психологічних аспектів дистанційного навчання. Матеріали та інструменти дистанційного навчання іноземної (німецької) мови у мирні часи, й, особливо, під час війни, мають містити достатні дидактично-психологічні компоненти для можливо ефективної компенсації вимушеної комунікативної ізольованості осіб, що навчаються, від навчального колективу шляхом постійного зворотного контакту та спонукати їх до високоякісного, й, таким чином, патріотичного, фахово-орієнтованого навчання. The author analyzes a real-life example of a complex brunch-oriented communicative-content approach to the didactization of linguistic phenomena of the German language on the basis of the teaching and learning tools of digital interactive tutors [ІП 1; 2; 3; 4]. Consideration of the psychological aspects of distance learning is indispensable. Materials and tools for distance learning of a foreign language (German) in times of peace and, in particular, in times of war, must contain sufficient didactic-psychological components to compensate as efficiently as possible for the enforced communicative isolation of learners from their learning collectives thanks to the continuously available feedback, and to motivate them (the learners) to high quality (and thus patriotic) subject-oriented study.Item Підготовка поточного, проміжного та підсумкового оцінювання інструментами дистанційного навчання іноземної (німецької) мови(ДВНЗ «Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана», 2020-04) Ковтун, Володимир Сергійович; Kovtun, Volodymyr; Ковтун, Владимир СергеевичАвтор вважає, що за дистанційного навчання будь-яке відповідальне офіційне сертифікуюче оцінювання має здійснюватися виключно за присутності уповноваженого викладача з одночасним забезпеченням повної самостійності виконання завдання, що підлягає оцінці. Підготовку особи, що сумлінно навчається дистанційно, до веріфікованого сертифікуючого контролю на рівні відповідних аналогічних змістовних та операційно-технологічних алгоритмів має уможливлювати матеріал відповідного дистанційного курсу. Як приклад автор наводить свої комп’ютерні інтерактивні практикуми з вивчення німецької мови для майбутніх економістів (IP I) та (IP II). The author believes that in Distance Learning, a responsible official assessment for certification purposes should only take place in the presence of an authorized teacher. This should be done by omitting unauthorized aids when performing the task to be assessed. The preparation of the efficient Distance Learner for such a verified official assessment for the purpose of certification is to be made possible by the subject matter of the relevant course for Distance Learning using analogous content and technological algorithms. The article is devoted to the study of theoretical approaches to determining the nature of financial mediation, grounding the role and importance of financial mediation in the market economy. Financial intermediaries play an important role in the money market functioning and through it in the market economy development, their economic goal consists in providing basic money market entities with highest favorable conditions for their successful operating. Review of financial intermediary’s activity indicates their important role in the funds transferring within the financial system, to make easier this process between «points of savings excess» and «points of savings shortage». Complex and various structures of the institutions engaged in the savings mobilization and its further investments with the income obtaining purpose, ensures the effectiveness of financial intermediaries activity. Review of the different author’s approaches to the study of «financial mediation» and scientific views systematization gives consideration to assert different interpretations and collision of the concept essence definition that more fully revealed through its classification. This will provide an opportunity to highlight those financial intermediaries that are crucial and important according to its functional purpose and nature of the services provided. In particular, it’s worth noting that financial service is the product of financial intermediary’s activity. International researches show that there is more productive growth of national wealth in the countries with a developed system of financial intermediaries, which mean « relatively higher accumulated financial potential per unit of GDP». Financial institutions in advanced economies perform the redistribution of financial assets among market participants, forwarding to its savings. Ukraine belongs to the countries with the developing economies and, consequently, financial mediation is in the early stages of development. The volume of capital attracted by financial intermediary describes its position among companies of such type. They try to improve the quality and moderateness of its services competing with each other and to provide additional benefits to shareholders. The presence of such internal group competition makes financial intermediaries to reduce their costs of doing business in order to decreasing value of their services. There are also intergroup competition occurs. Financial intermediaries functioning play a vital role in ensuring public welfare and have a positive impact on the economy of Ukraine over promotion of the efficient capital allocation and ability of investment resources extension.
