The research seeks to understand the impact of smart business models, driven by technology, entrepreneurship, and sustainable practices, on the resilience and growth of these regions, especially considering the challenges posed by the ongoing war in Ukraine. The research utilizes a comprehensive index of smart business models based on the entropy method. Modelling and forecasting were conducted using three scenarios involving Markov chains. The study allows us to understand which components of smart business models have the greatest impact on the recovery of the EU and Ukraine and how they can improve their metrics to stimulate innovation and digital transformation. The research identified a group of indicators related to sustainability and social responsibility as the most significant for the application of smart business models. It highlights how these innovative models, driven by cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices, offer a path to economic rejuvenation and long-term stability. The article emphasizes the need for collaborative efforts between the EU and Ukraine, aligning policies and fostering cooperation. Ultimately, it advocates for innovation, collaboration, and resilience as the means to overcome adversity and forge a prosperous future for both regions. Досліджується потенціал інтегрованих смартбізнес-моделей у сприянні відновленню Європейського Союзу та України, які дуже постраждали від конфлікту, що триває. Дослідження заглиблюється в перетин технологій, підприємництва та сталих практик, а також спільних стратегій, які можуть підвищити економічну стійкість. Автори використовують комплексний індекс розумних бізнес-моделей, заснований на ентропійному методі. Моделювання та прогнозування було проведене за трьома сценаріями з використанням ланцюгів Маркова. Дослідження дозволяє зрозуміти, які компоненти смартбізнес-моделей мають найбільший вплив на відновлення ЄС та України і як вони можуть покращити свої показники для стимулювання інновацій та цифрової трансформації. Дослідження визначило групу показників, пов'язаних зі стійкістю та соціальною відповідальністю, як найбільш значущих для застосування смартбізнес-моделей. Автори підкреслюють, що ці інноваційні моделі, засновані на передових технологіях і сталих практиках, пропонують шлях до економічного оновлення та довгострокової стабільності. Також автоои наголошуть на необхідності спільних зусиль між ЄС та Україною, на узгодженні політик та сприянні співпраці. Key threats affecting business stability, such as economic instability, logistical issues, currency fluctuations, and employee safety threats, are examined. Визначено, що підвищена нестабільність і складність зовнішніх та внутрішніх умов функціонування бізнесу призводить до виникнення та розгортання різноманітних кризових явищ, адекватне реагування на які стає запорукою не лише успішного функціонування, але, часто, й виживання суб’єктів господарювання на ринку в довгостроковій перспективі. Доведено, що розробка та реалізація антикризових стратегій у діяльності підприємств дозволяє на ранніх стадіях виявляти і мінімізовувати негативні наслідки розгортання кризових явищ, у результаті чого підвищується економічна стійкість і результативність існування бізнесу в умовах нестабільності. The article considers the economic essence, types, role and significance of anti-crisis business management strategies in modern business conditions. It is determined that the increased instability and complexity of external and internal conditions of business leads to the emergence and development of various crises, adequate response to which is the key not only to successful operation, but often the survival of businesses in the market in the long run. The changing situation in the country and in the world sets a new stage in the discussion of the essence, goals and objectives of crisis management. The process of globalization contributes to the active spread of crises and the expansion of their spheres of influence in the world. One of the most important tasks of crisis management is search and the use of appropriate tools. Business owners and managers will have to look at existing problems in a new way and solve them in difficult economic conditions, which often lead mature enterprises to organizational crises. Priority is given to identifying, assessing and forecasting the impact of the company’s crisis. The article proves that one of the modern management concepts that ensures the effective operation of the enterprise in terms of risks and threats, is crisis management. The use of anti-crisis methods and tools in enterprises, their adequate selection, planning and implementation through the systematic use of anti-crisis tools, such as anti-crisis strategy and tactics, anti-crisis program, etc., allow early detection and minimize the negative effects of crisis in the enterprise resulting in increased economic stability and efficiency of business in conditions of instability. Anti-crisis strategy is the most effective anti-crisis tool. The article is devoted to the analysis of the essence and current state of financial security of Ukrainian enterprises. It is proved that the financial security of the enterprise should be considered as an integral characteristic of the financial state of the enterprise in the context of identified internal and external threats to its activity. It was determined that the role of financial security is in ensuring the effective functioning of business entities. The problems of ensuring the appropriate level of financial security of domestic enterprises, which arise in the external and internal environment of the enterprise, have been studied. It is indicated that the threats of the external environment can in turn be divided into macro- and micro-level problems, and the internal problems can be conditionally divided into those that are fully or partially controlled. The application of this approach allows the enterprise to correctly respond to these challenges. Macro-level threats cannot be influenced, but they can be adapted to, while the solutions to micro-level problems partly depend on the position of the company itself, and this allows the management to properly apply the appropriate strategy: avoiding the threat, adapting to it, or countering it. Both the positive and negative impact of digitization and globalization on the level of financial security of companies, as well as the challenges associated with the full-scale invasion of the russian federation into Ukraine, are considered. Proposed ways to solve existing problems and ways to increase the level of financial security of the enterprise. The article offers a theoretical and methodological conceptualization of the effectiveness of managing the development of a healthcare institution, understood as a complex, multi-level process that integrates strategic, professional, social, and ethical components. It is emphasized that the development of a medical institution goes beyond infrastructure modernization or the expansion of services; it requires deep transformations in managerial approaches, oriented toward long-term sustainability, social responsibility, and human-centeredness. In the context of modern healthcare systems, there is a growing need for management models that not only ensure economic efficiency but also preserve the value-based orientation of medical practice. Based on the analysis of academic sources, a comparison of different theoretical approaches, and consideration of sectoral specifics, a three-dimensional structure for interpreting the effectiveness of development management in healthcare institutions is proposed. This structure includes social and ethical, medical, and financial-economic dimensions. Within each of these dimensions, an analytical framework for assessment is outlined, constructed around the triad: «resource — process — modality.» This approach not only systematizes the content of managerial decisions but also highlights qualitative characteristics of governance, such as ethical soundness, evidence orientation, flexibility, and strategic coherence. The proposed concept provides a scholarly foundation for the future development of practical tools for evaluating effectiveness, aligned with the contemporary challenges faced by healthcare systems. In article it is carried out modification of calculation procedure of the nine-components indicator of the financial stability in the context of introduction of the indicators, which estimate accounts payable and stocks. Testing methods offered by financial diagnosis made on materials PJSC "Yahotyn creamery." The method of calculation of sixteen-components indicator of financial stability allows for a deeper analysis of enterprise financial stability and detect problems with production and inventory, as well as mid-term payables, which is not technique allows ninecomponents indicator of financial stability. Осуществлена модификация методики расчета девятикомпонентного показателя финансовой устойчивости в контексте введения показателей, оценивающих кредиторскую задолженность и запасы. В ході дослідження з’ясовано, що зростання бізнесу варто розглядати як позитивну динаміку результатів діяльності компанії. Встановлено, що в економічній літературі зростання компанії переважно розглядається як кількісна форма прояву розвитку, а найбільш поширеними її критеріями є обсяги продажу, прибутки та активи. Також серед науковців останнім часом набуває актуальності термінологія якості зростання бізнесу. На підставі проведеного аналізу зроблено висновки, що введення якісної складової в контекст дослідження зумовлює розширення критеріїв ідентифікації зростання бізнесу, не обмежуючись лише економічним аспектом. У такій змістовій постановці перспективним напрямком визначення та ідентифікації зростання бізнесу є ціннісно-орієнтований підхід. The article intends to provide an overview on the key points of definition the essence and criteria for identification of business growth. Withing the research it was defined that business growth is directly related to changes in the business environment and assessed as a positive dynamics of the company's performance. In the scientific literature determined several approaches to substantiating the criteria for identifying business growth and the critical analysis, generalization of which is the main objective of this study. One of the most common approaches is to consider company growth as a quantitative factors of development. Its key criteria are sales value, profits and assets. Scientists distinguish between the concepts of "economic growth" and "growth of economic results", emphasizing that the latter can be achieved due to the lack of positive dynamics of qualitative changes in a business organization. Accordingly, the debate on whether the positive dynamics of key economic results is an economic growth remains open and requires further research. Also, the qualitative aspect of business growth has recently gained relevance among scholars, which significantly expands the research space and the base of criteria for its identification. The introduction of the qualitative component prioritized the criteria for identification of growth based on economic value, which explains the organizational aspects of business growth in the categories of utility, significance and value dimensions. In this aspect, the problem of identifying growth is actualized not only in the economic, but also in other prospective of business (social, technological, cultural, organizational, etc.). The authors conclude that such a research focus determines the study of business growth in an organic combination of target models, the dynamics of the consequences of which serve as the basis for the appropriate identification. In such a substantive formulation, a value-based approach is a promising direction for defining and identification of business growth, which allows for a meaningful connection between the goals, the object of growth and the means of ensuring it. In the article, the concept of artificial intelligence was concretized and the history of the invention of artificial intelligence was studied. Examples of its first uses and further improvements were analyzed. The directions of effective introduction of artificial intelligence in various economic spheres (in business, in financial, banking spheres, industry, marketing and others) were determined. In the analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence on enterprises, we identified the main problems of its further use in the modern world. These problems include the uncertainty of responsibility for possible artificial intelligence errors, privacy issues, increased cyber risks, digital security threats, and so on. This topic was interesting to consider because it has many different views and opinions on its own. Scientists and leading experts do not have a clear answer to the following questions yet: what can the development of artificial intelligence lead us to and how will the world economy react to its rapid development and how will the employment situation change. One of the greatest risks is the possible inability of humanity in the future to control the development of artificial intelligence and its impact on intelligent machines. The massive spread of artificial intelligence in the future, the transfer of responsibility for decision-making from people to machines, exposes companies to significant business threats, but, on the other hand, there are many benefits for businesses from effective implementation of artificial intelligence. Examples of introduction of artificial intelligence technologies by the world's leading companies in various sectors of the economy, its various methods and technologies are also studied. This topic is relevant, especially during the rapid development of new technologies, when the experience of leading global companies shows that the development of artificial intelligence and its implementation helps to improve efficiency, accelerate development and increase profits. The first steps towards the mass introduction of artificial intelligence in Ukraine have already been taken, but more initiative is needed both on the part of the state and business, so that the benefits from its use are even greater. В статье конкретизировано понятие и исследована история развития искусственного интеллекта, проанализированы примеры его первых использований и дальнейших усовершенствований. Определены методы эффективного внедрения искусственного интеллекта в различных сферах: в бизнесе, в финансовой, банковской сферах, промышленности, маркетинге и других. Исследованы примеры внедрения технологий искусственного интеллекта ведущими мировыми компаниями в разных отраслях экономики мира, различные его методы и технологии.
