    Development of а matrix of food industry capacity for making management decisions in the formation of sustainable development of agroecosystems

    A theoretical and methodological study was carried out to determine the need and features of developing a matrix of food industry capacity for making management decisions in the formation of sustainable development of agroecosystems, which will increase the operational efficiency of companies and food security of the country. The paper uses the following research methods: historical – in the process of studying modern views on understanding the importance of the agricultural sector for the economy; system analysis – when building a model of innovative business improvement. Methods of comparison and analysis of trends – the study of trends in the agricultural sector of Ukraine with the identification of important areas for improving their activities. Methods of financial analysis – for the analytical assessment of financial and economic activities of the investigated enterprises; forecasting methods – to substantiate the expected results of implementing the author's proposals in management practice. It is proposed to take into account the significant difference in the technology of their processing and production (number of advanced technologies used per 100 thousand people). The paper reveals the dependence of production technologies in agriculture on natural and weather conditions (share of technological innovation costs, %). Criteria for innovation skills in the development of agricultural engineering were proposed. The criteria were determined, which were divided into development groups. The tools for constructing a matrix of food industry capacity were substantiated. Note that for each indicator, the optimal value was determined taking into account the sensitivity factor and the rating of enterprises, which determined their place in the matrix. In the course of the study and the matrix of innovative development, the proposed technology was tested at leading domestic enterprises

    The main purpose of this paper is devoted to studying economic factors within industrial production and development in the framework of concept Industry 4.0., all in the context features of the management process of ambidextrous companies. The economic factors regarding the development of enterprises under the conditions of digitization are systematized. Such factors as the need to develop a new type of intellectual value chain, production of individual and customized goods with reasonable prices and the use of learning factories have specific meaning in the framework of this problem. The results obtained can be used by business entities while implementing the decoded platform.

    Peculiarities of sustainable development of enterprises in the context of digital transformation

    The key elements that contribute to the digital transformation of the enterprise in the context of the cross-industrial paradigm are outlined. On the basis of the proposed elements (development factor, rate of development, quality change density, multiplication factor), and by means of mathematical modelling, the effect of capturing the digital transformation of the enterprise in the bifurcation points is calculated. The totality of the presented developments allows us to predict the development and minimization of risks associated with digital transformation in the enterprise with all the ensuing consequences (stability, dynamics, transformation and forecast of its development vectors) and conclude that with the improvement of the quality of digital transformation, the efficiency of functioning of any production increases, i.e. an increase in quality by digital transformation by n times accompanies an increase in production efficiency by at least n times.This allows to minimize risks and predict enterprise activity taking into account the vector of its development — digital transformation. Under conditions of uncertainty, the use of the model will ensure the quality of the digital transformation of the enterprise from any level of development of companies.

    Rab regulation of tariff formation on railway transport

    The transport complex operation in freight transport is closely interlinked to the state of country‘s economy. The peculiarity of RAB mechanism is investments volume being determined by the needs for the rolling stock‘s development and update. RAB-regulation is designed to encourage companies to modernize the infrastructure and improve the expenses efficiency. The main principle of tariffs RAB-regulation is the following: the capital invested in a regulated infrastructure company should at least have impact, which would be enough to attract new investments and enterprise development, as well as comply with the investment risk level. The goal of this work is to develop an algorithm for determining the economic feasibility of introducing RAB regulation of tariff setting at railway enterprises. The methodological approach to assessing the economic feasibility of price liberalization is offered to assess the feasibility of changes implemented in the studied sectors of activity, which is based on identifying the need for fixed assets, estimating the allowed limits for tariff growth, calculating baseline parameters for baseline strategies.

    The impact of labor resources on the economic security of an enterprise in the sustainable development concept

    The functioning and development of enterprises largely depends on economic security, which consists of many functional components. The object of the study is the personnel security of the enterprise, and the paper itself is focused on identifying its factors that determine the level of labor safety. Analysis and assessment should become an important component of developing a labor safety strategy in the context of sustainable development. Currently, there are various methods that allow analyzing labor resources and their condition, but their use does not always make it possible to determine the level of sufficiency of characteristics; uncertainty arises that prevents a more objective assessment of situations. The study shows the problems of personnel security, considers and analyzes its components, and proposes an analysis method based on the fuzzy set method, which allows calculating the impact of each component with a greater degree of reliability. Using the fuzzy set method, an assessment of the personnel security of Joint Stock Company “National Nuclear Energy Generating Company “Energoatom” (JSC NNEGC Energoatom, Kyiv, Ukraine) for five years (2018–2022) was carried out, which made it possible to conduct a more objective analysis. Qualitative assessment of the impact of such indicators as average wages; frequency of injuries; level of saturation with specialists; level of professional training of employees; average age of employees; the share of young specialists is given. Starting from 2020, as the analysis showed, there has been a decrease in the level of personnel security indicator. The reason for the decrease in the level of personnel security of the enterprise was the decrease in the level of specialists in the total number of employees, especially young specialists, as well as the deterioration of the dynamics of employee training. The paper proposes measures to increase the level of personnel security of JSC NNEGC Energoatom. Функціонування та розвиток підприємств значною мірою залежить від економічної безпеки, яка складається з багатьох функціональних складових. Об'єктом дослідження є кадрова безпека підприємства, а сама робота зосереджена на виявленні її факторів, що визначають рівень безпеки праці. Аналіз та оцінка мають стати важливою складовою розробки стратегії безпеки праці в контексті сталого розвитку. Наразі існують різні методи, що дозволяють аналізувати трудові ресурси та їх стан, але їх використання не завжди дає змогу визначити рівень достатності характеристик; виникає невизначеність, яка перешкоджає більш об'єктивній оцінці ситуацій. У дослідженні показано проблеми кадрової безпеки, розглянуто та проаналізовано її складові, а також запропоновано метод аналізу на основі методу нечітких множин, який дозволяє розрахувати вплив кожної складової з більшим ступенем достовірності. За допомогою методу нечітких множин було проведено оцінку кадрової безпеки Акціонерного товариства «Національна атомна енергогенеруюча компанія «Енергоатом» (АТ НАЕК «Енергоатом», м. Київ, Україна) за п'ять років (2018–2022), що дозволило провести більш об'єктивний аналіз. Надано якісну оцінку впливу таких показників, як середня заробітна плата; частота травматизму; рівень насиченості спеціалістами; рівень професійної підготовки працівників; середній вік працівників; частка молодих спеціалістів. Починаючи з 2020 року, як показав аналіз, спостерігається зниження рівня показника кадрової безпеки. Причиною зниження рівня кадрової безпеки підприємства стало зменшення рівня спеціалістів у загальній кількості працівників, особливо молодих спеціалістів, а також погіршення динаміки навчання працівників. У роботі запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення рівня кадрової безпеки АТ НАЕК «Енергоатом».
