    Дане дослідження присвячене розгляду питання значення та ролі теорії організацій для менеджменту сучасного розвитку. В результаті дослідження зроблено висновки про суттєве значення теорії організацій в даному напрямку як на мезо-, так і на макрорівні, адже проблеми сталого розвитку є глобальними за своєю природою, тому необхідно мати системний та всебічний підхід до їх вирішення, що робить теорію організацій надзвичайно важливою для досягнення цілей сталого розвитку. This research is devoted to consideration of the question of the meaning and role of the theory of organizations for the management of modern development. As a result of the study, conclusions were made about the essential importance of the theory of organizations in this direction at both the meso- and macro-level, because the problems of sustainable development are global in nature, therefore it is necessary to have a systematic and comprehensive approach to their solution, which makes the theory of organizations extremely important to achieve the goals of sustainable development.

    Методи організації робочих процесів в умовах трансцендентності управління

    Дане дослідження розглядає основні методи організації робочих процесів в умовах трансцендентності управління, аналізує їхні переваги та недоліки, а також роль ефективної організації бізнес-процесів в сучасних організаціях. В результаті проведеного дослідження авторами розроблений поетапний алгоритм впровадження оптимізації робочих процесів та проаналізовані перешкоди, що можуть виникати під час даного процесу. Запропоновані шляхи вирішення зазначених перешкод. This study considers the main methods of organizing work processes in the conditions of the transcendence of management, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages, as well as the role of effective organization of business processes in modern organizations. As a result of the research, the authors developed a step-by-step algorithm for the implementation of work process optimization and analyzed obstacles that may arise during this process. The ways of solving these obstacles are suggested.

    Дане дослідження присвячене розгляду актуальних питань ролі лідерства для управління організаціями в контексті євроінтеграційних процесів. В ході дослідження виявлено особливе значення інституту лідерства для розвитку екосоціального менеджменту та – як результат – проведений аналіз діяльності найуспішніших інноваційних лідерів сучасності, результатом якої є сталий розвиток та успішна реалізація механізмів екосоціального менеджменту на сучасних підприємствах. This study is devoted to the consideration of topical issues of the role of leadership for management of organizations in the context of European integration processes. In the course of the study, the special importance of the leadership institute for the development of ecosocial management was revealed and, as a result, an analysis of the activities of the most successful innovative leaders of today was carried out, the result of which is the sustainable development and successful implementation of ecosocial management mechanisms at modern enterprises.

    Дане дослідження розглядає роль теорії організацій у сучасному менеджменті та її важливість для адаптації організацій до умов бізнес-середовища, що швидко змінюється. Основний акцент зроблено на тому, як теорія організацій може допомогти організаціям розуміти та ефективно взаємодіяти зі складними проблемами управління, такими як: зміни технологій, глобалізація, розвиток конкуренції та зміни у споживчих уподобаннях, що забезпечить успішність організації в умовах невпевненості та змін. This study examines the role of organizational theory in modern management and its importance for the adaptation of organizations to the conditions of a rapidly changing business environment. The main emphasis is placed on how organization theory can help organizations understand and effectively interact with complex management problems such as: changes in technology, globalization, the development of competition and changes in consumer preferences, which will ensure the success of the organization in conditions of uncertainty and change.
