    Соціокультурні та політико-правові детермінанти стійкості й антикрихкості бізнесу в умовах глобальної нестабільності

    У статті досліджено соціокультурні і політико-правові детермінанти стійкості й антикрихкості бізнесу в умовах глобальної нестабільності. На основі підходів Н. Н. Талеба та системної теорії розмежовано «стійкість» (адаптація, відновлення, збереження функцій) і «антикрихкість» (зростання й інновації завдяки кризам). Соціокультурні чинники – цінності, довіра, соціальний капітал, культурні моделі, гнучкість організаційних культур – формують внутрішній потенціал. Політико-правові – інституції, верховенство права, антикорупційні практики, політичні ризики, регуляторні інновації, міжнародна інтеграція – визначають зовнішні умови. Показано, що їхня взаємодія породжує синергії й суперечності та може забезпечити перехід від стійкості до антикрихкості. Запропоновано концептуальну модель управлінських стратегій. In a context of persistent global instability, firms face layered risks from economic shocks, political conflict, technological disruption, pandemics, and rapid socio-cultural change. Interpreting resilience only as post-shock recovery and continuity is too narrow. Building on Nassim Nicholas Taleb’s concept of antifragility, this article argues that organizations can gain from volatility by converting stressors into innovation and durable growth. The study systematizes the socio-cultural and politico-legal determinants that shape movement along a robustness continuum toward antifragility. Socio-cultural determinants–societal values, interpersonal trust, social capital, prevailing behavioral norms, and the flexibility of organizational cultures–form the internal capacity for coordinated action and rapid learning. Politico-legal determinants–quality of institutions, rule of law, anti-corruption safeguards, political risk, regulatory innovation, and international integration–constitute the external opportunity and constraint set. We develop a conceptual model that explains how the interaction of these domains conditions outcomes: complementarities can amplify adaptive potential and enable firms to turn crises into opportunities for strategic renewal; misalignments–for example, high cultural openness to innovation under regulatory volatility–can trap organizations in resilience without reaching antifragility. Practically, the model guides leaders and policymakers toward mutually reinforcing interventions: trust-building and learning routines inside firms; predictable, transparent, and innovation-friendly governance outside them. The argument is especially salient for economies undergoing systemic transformation, where aligning socio-cultural capabilities with stable politico-legal frameworks can catalyze innovative growth and long-run competitiveness.

    Удосконалення механізму антикризового управління підприємством

    У даній статті досліджено кризові ситуації, їх походження, фактори впливу, ймовірність виникнення та подальший розвиток. Зазначено, що ретельне кризове розслідування та виявлення перших ознак кризи є важливим для компаній, що працюють у нестабільному та змінному зовнішньому середовищі. Встановлено, що на практиці, криза часто може призвести до банкрутства компанії або загрози йому, діяльності в умовах неприбутковості або відсутності потенційного успіху. Враховуючи це, стаття висвітлює необхідність системи антикризового управління для компаній, оскільки навіть наразі фінансово стабільні підприємства можуть стикатися з неочікуваними економічними ускладненнями. Рекомендовано проведення діагностики фінансової кризи, що дозволить виявити симптоми кризи та зрозуміти її потенційні наслідки. Запропоновано систему антикризових заходів, таких як раннє виявлення кризових ситуацій, розробка стратегій адаптації до змін у зовнішньому середовищі та план ефективного кризового управління. Також зазначено необхідні інструменти ризик-менеджменту для ефективного управління підприємством, зокрема застосування матричних ігор для обґрунтування вибору оптимального рішення або стратегії для подолання кризової ситуації. Наголошено на важливості своєчасної діагностики та антикризового управління для забезпечення стійкого розвитку підприємства в умовах невизначеності. Проведення комплексних досліджень та впровадження запропонованих антикризових заходів може забезпечити збереження фінансової стійкості підприємства та успішне подолання кризових ситуацій. The article explores crisis situations, their origins, influencing factors, probability of occurrence, and further development. It is noted that thorough crisis investigation and early detection of crisis indicators are crucial for companies operating in unstable and dynamic external environments. It has been established that in practice, crises can often lead to a company's bankruptcy or pose a threat to its activities due to unprofitability or lack of potential success. Considering this, the article highlights the necessity of an anti-crisis management system for companies, as even financially stable enterprises can face unexpected economic complications. The article recommends conducting a diagnosis of financial crises to identify crisis symptoms and understand their potential consequences. It proposes a system of anti-crisis measures, such as early detection of crisis situations, the development of adaptation strategies to external changes, and an effective crisis management plan. Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of risk management tools for effective enterprise management, including the use of matrix games to justify optimal decisions and strategies for overcoming crisis situations. The significance of timely diagnosis and anti-crisis management is emphasized to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises amidst uncertainty. Implementing comprehensive research and the proposed anti-crisis measures can preserve the financial stability of enterprises and successfully overcome crisis situations.

    У статті досліджено комплекс факторів, що визначають рівень анти-крихкості бізнес-організацій в умовах глобальної нестабільності. На основі системного підходу проаналізовано економічні, політичні та правові, соціокультурні, технологічні й інноваційні, а також екологічні та глобальні чинники, які формують здатність підприємств не лише протидіяти деструктивним впливам середовища, а й використовувати кризові явища як каталізатори розвитку. Встановлено, що антикрихкість є інтегральною характеристикою, яка виникає завдяки синергії багатовимірних факторів і перетворює невизначеність на стратегічні можливості. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу українського контексту, де воєнні виклики та економічна турбулентність актуалізують потребу у формуванні антикрихких стратегій розвитку. Результати дослідження мають практичне значення для розробки управлінських рішень, спрямованих на зміцнення стійкості та конкурентоспроможності підприємств у довгостроковій перспективі. The article examines a comprehensive set of factors influencing the antifragility of business organizations under conditions of global instability. Using a systemic approach, the study analyzes economic, political and legal, socio-cultural, technological and innovation, as well as ecological and global determinants that shape the ability of enterprises not only to resist destructive external impacts but also to transform crises into drivers of development. It is demonstrated that antifragility should be understood as an integrative property arising from the synergy of multidimensional factors that convert uncertainty into strategic opportunities. Special emphasis is placed on the Ukrainian context, where wartime challenges and economic turbulence have intensified the need for antifragile strategies of organizational transformation. The findings of the study have practical significance for the development of managerial decisions aimed at strengthening resilience, adaptive capacity, and competitiveness of enterprises in the long-term perspective

    У статті досліджено концепцію антикрихкості підприємств у контексті сучасного бізнес-середовища, яке характеризується швидкими змінами та високим рівнем невизначеності. Проаналізовано ключові інструменти та методи, що сприяють підвищенню антикрихкості, зокрема цифрові технології, адаптивне стратегічне управління та розвиток корпоративної культури. Особливу увагу приділено ролі інноваційних підходів і цифровізації в оптимізації управлінських процесів, підвищенні прозорості та мінімізації ризиків. Результати дослідження можуть бути корисними для підприємств, які прагнуть не лише пристосовуватися до кризових ситуацій, але й використовувати їх як можливості для зростання та зміцнення своєї конкурентоспроможності. The article explores the concept of enterprise antifragility within the context of a modern, dynamic business environment characterized by rapid changes and high levels of uncertainty. A comprehensive analysis of key tools and methods that foster antifragility is presented, including digital technologies, adaptive strategic management, and the cultivation of a resilient corporate culture. Special attention is given to the role of innovative approaches and digital transformation in optimizing management pro-cesses, increasing transparency, and minimizing risks. This study emphasizes how these tools can be systematically integrated to enhance an organization’s ability to not only withstand crises but also lev-erage them as opportunities for growth and competitive strengthening. Additionally, the article examines practical applications and real-world case studies where digi-talization and adaptive strategies have significantly contributed to enterprise stability. By focusing on the interconnectedness of technological advancement and strategic adaptability, the findings underscore the importance of fostering a proactive, innovation-driven environment. This approach enables organi-zations to continuously evolve, respond effectively to external shocks, and build long-term resilience. The insights derived from this research can be valuable for companies aiming to develop a robust frame-work for sustained growth, even in the face of market volatility and unforeseen challenges. Although the concept of antifragility and its practical application are gaining increasing popu-larity among scholars and practitioners, several aspects still require further research. In particular, there is insufficient understanding of how various antifragility tools interact within specific industry contexts and how these tools can be adapted to enterprises of different scales and operational speciali-zations. It is also important to investigate the long-term impacts of antifragile approaches, especially in the context of economic uncertainty and shifts within the technological landscape. Another topic that demands deeper analysis is the measurement of enterprise antifragility and the development of method-ological tools for its assessment.
