    Оцінено вплив цифрових технологій на розвиток транспортної логістики. Виділено чинники, які впливають на діджиталізацію транспортно-логістичної сфери економічної діяльності. Наведено приклади цифрових трансформацій транспортно-логістичної інфраструктури. Ідентифіковано дестумулятори, що стримують діджиталізацію транспортно-логістичної сфери. The impact of digital technologies on the development of transport logistics is assessed. The factors affecting the digitalization of the transport and logistics sphere of economic activity are highlighted. Examples of digital transformations of transport and logistics infrastructure are given. The disincentives restraining the digitalization of the transport and logistics sphere have been identified.

Доведено, що цифрові компетенції професіоналів з логістики підлягають вдосконаленню на основі їх знань у галузі digital-технологій та digital-культури, партнерських мереж, цифрових інструментів, можливостей у галузі менеджменту інновацій та співробітництва. Modern challenges have been identified and trends in the development of transport and logistics services based on global digital transformation have been studied. It has been proven that the digital competencies of logistics professionals can be improved based on their knowledge in the field of digital technologies and digital culture, partner networks, digital tools, opportunities in the field of innovation management and cooperation.

    Обґрунтування проекту впровадження ІТ-технологій в агробізнесі

    У роботі розглянуто теоретико-методичні засади впровадження технологічних змін на підприємствах агробізнесу. Оцінено результативність діяльності ТОВ «Кернел-Трейд» та стан діджиталізації його бізнес- процесів. Запропоновано проект апгрейду мобільного додатку Scouting Kernel за рахунок доповнення функціональних блоків «Логістика», «Агротрейдинг», «Новини», «Бібліотека знань», «Консалтинг». The paper considers the theoretical and methodological principles of implementing technological changes in agribusiness enterprises. The effectiveness of Kernel-Trade LLC and the state of digitalization of its business processes were assessed. The project of upgrading the mobile application Scouting Kernel at the expense of addition of functional blocks "Logistics", "Agrotrading", "News", "Library of knowledge", "Consulting" is offered.

    Розглянуто аспекти багатогранного огляду надавачів транспортно-логістичних послуг на промислових ринках для впровадження цифрових рішень у бізнесі. Особливу увагу приділено огляду транспортно-логістичних компаній в Україні, які демонструють відновлення після зниження перевезень вантажів. Визначено рейтинги надавачів транспортно-логістичних послуг на промислових ринках в Україні, які визначають ТОП-7 компаній та використовують цифрові технології. Запропоновано реалізацію цифрової технології для покращення гнучкості, передбачуваності та оптимізації транспортно-логістичних процесів. У контексті промислових ринків пропонується оцінка цифрової зрілості транспортно-логістичних компаній, розробка та впровадження спеціалізованих методів аналізу, що дозволяють визначити рівень цифровізації у стратегії розвитку. Aspects of a multifaceted review of transport and logistics service providers in industrial markets for the implementation of digital solutions in business are considered. Particular attention is paid to the review of transport and logistics companies in Ukraine, which demonstrate recovery after a decrease in cargo transportation. Ratings of transport and logistics service providers in industrial markets in Ukraine, which determine the TOP-7 companies and use digital technologies, are determined. The implementation of digital technology is proposed to improve flexibility, predictability and optimization of transport and logistics processes. In the context of industrial markets, an assessment of the digital maturity of transport and logistics companies is proposed, the development and implementation of specialized analysis methods are proposed, which allow determining the level of digitalization in the development strategy.

The trends of changes in the world market of cargo transportation management and monitoring systems according to the CARG indicator were considered.     Роль бізнес-акселератора для розвитку державного підприємства в COVID-залежному соціально-економічному просторі

    Стаття присвячена дослідженню ролі бізнес-акселератора для розвитку державного підприємства в COVID-залежному соціально-економічному просторі. В статті досліджено сутність поняття «бізнес-акселератор» та генезі його створення. Обґрунтовано важливість використання бізнес-акселератора як можливості для розвитку та дотримання національних інтересів і підтримки вектору сталого розвитку. Ідентифіковано три найбільш популярні та значущі вітчизняні бізнес-акселератори: oT Hub, Radar Tech, Центр підприємництва УКУ. Наочно представлено етапи залучення бізнес-акселератора для розвитку державного підприємства. В статті розглянуто роль бізнес-акселераторів як інструменту сталого розвитку наступне: високий позитивний вплив на економічне зростання, підвищення конкурентоспроможності державних підприємств на ринку. Досліджено вигоди від бізнес-акселераторів класифіковано для різних груп зацікавлених сторін: стартапи, інвестори та політики. The article is devoted to the study of the socio-economic impacts of COVID-19: the business accelerator role for the state enterprise development. The article examines of the business accelerator concept essence and the genesis its creation. The importance of using a business accelerator to develop and support national interests and the vector of sustainable development. Three of the most popular and significant domestic business accelerators have been identified: oT Hub, Radar Tech, UCU Entrepreneurship Center. The stages of attracting a business accelerator for the development of a state-owned enterprise are clearly presented. The article talks about of the role business accelerators as a tool for following sustainable development of the: a high positive impact on economic growth, increasing the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises in the market. It should be noted that the most successful and progressive accelerators belong to wealthy leading countries, but for our country it is quite important to support national interests. Undoubtedly, a successful symbiosis of business accelerators and state-owned enterprises is relevant for ensuring the sustainable development of our country. It was noted that the key role of business accelerators for state-owned enterprises should be considered through the prism of the development of the business support institute, which is quite important for our country. The benefits of business accelerators, classified for stakeholders’ different groups of: startups, investors and politicians, have been studied. It is appropriate to note that the number of start-ups in Ukraine and in the world is increasing from year to year.

    Сучасні виклики розвитку транспортно-логістичних послуг у контексті глобальних економічних змін

    У статті розглянуто сучасні проблеми та тенденції розвитку транспортно-логістичних ринків на основі цифрових трансформацій у контексті світових змін в економіці. Виконано обстеження результатів прогнозованого аналізу розвитку світового транспортно-логістичного ринку в контексті глобальних змін економіки. Зроблено висновок, що прогнозовану динаміку обсягу світового транспортно-логістичного ринку 2021–2030 рр. характеризують позитивні тенденції світових економічних змін. Наведено ідеї дослідників у напрямі розвитку ринку транспортно-логістичних послуг в Україні, перетворення бізнес-процесів у цифрових процесах і цифрових платформах. Надано авторське бачення Digitalization транспортно-логістичних послуг в Україні з конкурентними перевагами у контексті глобальних економічних змін. Рекомендовано використовувати моделі B2B, B2C, B2G для ринку транспортно-логістичних послуг в Україні на базі концепції стратегічного планування бізнес-екосистеми. Запропоновано розвивати принципи планування бізнес-екосистеми, пов’язані з розвитком Digital-економіки на основі модульності, конфігурації, багатосторонніх відносин, управління, організації бізнес-екосистеми. Надано авторське бачення Digitalization транспортно-логістичних послуг в Україні з метою зростання та формування конкурентних переваг у контексті глобальних економічних змін. Поставлено завдання Digitalization екосистеми бізнесу, що має масштабувати національний транспортно-логістичний ринок. The article examines modern problems and trends in the development of transport and logistics markets based on digital transformations in the context of global changes in the economy. The survey of the results of the forecast analysis of the development of the world transport and logistics market in the context of global changes in the economy was carried out. It was concluded that the forecast dynamics of the volume of the global transport and logistics market in 2021-2030 are characterized by positive trends of global economic changes. The ideas of researchers in the direction of the development of the market of transport and logistics services in Ukraine, transformation of business processes in digital processes and digital platforms are presented. The connection between the strategy of digital development of the economy of Ukraine and high technologies for the period up to 2030 is indicated, which should determine the goals, directions, conditions for the institutional and digital transformation of the infrastructure of the economy in the context of global economic changes. The author’s vision of Digitalization of transport and logistics services in Ukraine with competitive advantages in the context of global economic changes is provided. It is recommended to use B2B, B2C, B2G models for the market of transport and logistics services in Ukraine based on the concept of strategic planning of the business ecosystem. It is proposed to develop the principles of business ecosystem planning related to the development of the Digital economy based on modularity, configuration, multilateral relations, management, organization of the business ecosystem. The author’s vision of Digitalization of transport and logistics services in Ukraine in the purpose of growth and formation of competitive advantages in the context of global economic changes is provided. The task of Digitization of the business ecosystem, which should scale the national transport and logistics market, has been set.
