The main matter of research is searching the methods of rationalization of the structure of building company’s capital. In addition, the main criterion is the cost of the capital from the different attraction sources. The existing economic theories are considered in the article. The author describes the methods of searching the optimal structure of capital of building company, JSС “Kievgorstroy-6”, by using financial leverage effect.
