    Робота присвячена дослідженню питання управління цифровими комунікаціями бізнес-організації. Зокрема, було досліджено сутність цифрових комунікацій, стратегії формування та розвитку цифрових комунікацій. У практичній частині роботи проведено оцінку рівня цифрових комунікацій АТ КБ «ПриватБанк». Запропоновано заходи для покращення цифрових комунікацій АТ КБ «ПриватБанк». The work is devoted to researching the issue of managing digital communications of a business organization. In particular, the essence of digital communications, the strategy of formation and development of digital communications was investigated. In the practical part of the work, an assessment of the level of digital communications of «PrivatBank» was carried out. Measures to improve digital communications of «PrivatBank» are proposed.
