    Сучасне бізнес-середовище країн Західної Європи на прикладі Франції

    У роботі аналізуються теоретичні основи та принципи формування бізнес-середовища та його вплив на економіку країни. Автор аналізує сучасне бізнес-середовище Франції. Автором зроблено спробу виявити ключові риси, закономірності та тенденції французької економіки задля розуміння економік інших країн Західної Європи. Окрема частина статті присвячена українському бізнес-середовищу. Автор намагається визначити основні слабкі сторони українського бізнес-середовища та ідеї для реалізації з французького досвіду. Провівши це дослідження, автор дійшов висновку про неефективність українського державного регулювання ІТ-індустрії. Україні необхідно запровадити деякі зміни, зосереджені на створенні платформ для підтримки національних ІТ-компаній та стартапів. Rasadurai Dzhulien The work analyses the theoretical basis and principles of the business environment and its impact on a country's economy. The author analyses the modern business environment of France. The author made an attempt to identify key features, regulations and trends of the French economy in comprehension to economies of other countries in Western Europe. The separate part of the paper deals with the Ukrainian business environment. The author tries to identify main Weaknesses of the Ukrainian business environment and ideas for implementation from successful French practices. After conducting this research, the author came to the conclusion that Ukrainian government regulation in the IT industry is inefficient. Ukraine needs to implement some changes concentrated on creating platforms for support of national IT companies and start-ups.

    У дипломній роботі автор досліджував сучасне бізнес середовище США. У першому розділі було можливо дослідити теоритичні засади формування бізнес середовища в економіці, зовнішні та внутрішні фактори бізнес середовища, та вплив на підприємницьку активність в умовах економічної нестабільності. Другий розділ безпосередньо розглядає аналіз бізнес середовища США, досліджує сучасні структури бізнес середовища та розглядає фактор глобальної конкурентоспроможності американського бізнесу. У третьому розділі дипломної роботи автор дослідив перспективи розвитку бізнес середовища США, а також визначив напрями та можливості виходу українських компаній на ринок США. Метою роботи є дослідження сучасного стану бізнес середовища США, основних тенденцій та та проблем його функціонування та розвитку і розробка на цій основі пропозицій щодо виходу українських компаній на ринок США. In the thesis, the author examined the contemporary business environment in the United States. The first chapter focused on exploring the theoretical foundations of business environment formation in the economy, including the analysis of external and internal factors of the business environment, and their impact on entrepreneurial activity amidst economic instability. The second chapter directly addressed the analysis of the business environment in the United States. It investigated the modern structures of the business environment and discussed the factor of global competitiveness of American businesses. In the third chapter of the thesis, the author investigated the prospects for the development of the business environment in the United States and identified directions and opportunities for Ukrainian companies to enter the US market. The objective of the research is to examine the current state of the business environment in the United States, identify key trends and issues in its functioning and development, and develop proposals based on this analysis for Ukrainian companies to enter the US market.

    Упершому розділі автор дослідив поняття, сутність бізнес середовища та визначивфактори формування бізнес середовища. Також було досліджено складові бізнес-середовища. У другому розіділі було надано характеристику бізнес-середовища за міжнародними рейтингами та проведено дослідження регулювання бізнесу в країнах Центральної та Східної Європи. Автор визначив вплив пандемії COVID-19 на бізнес-середовище Центральної та Східної Європи У третьому розділі дипломної роботи автор сформулював заходи уряду країн Центральної та Східної Європи в частині покращення бізнес-середовища та обгрунтував шляхи покращення бізнес-середовища країн Центральної та Східної Європи в умовах цифровізації. In the first chapter, the author explored the concept and essence of the business environment and determined the factors of business environment formation. The components of the business environment were also investigated. In the second chapter, a description of the business environment according to international ratings was given and a study of business regulation in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe was conducted. The author identified the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the business environment of Central and Eastern Europe. In the third chapter of the thesis, the author formulated the measures of the governments of the Central and Eastern European countries in terms of improving the business environment and substantiated the ways of improving the business environment of the Central and Eastern European countries in the conditions of digitalization.
