    Структурна диверсифікація венчурного фінансування в умовах техноглобалізму

    Робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню процесів венчурного фінансування в умовах розгортання техноглобалізаційних процесів. Значна увага приділена розкриттю теоретико-методологічних засад венчурного фінансування та його еволюції. На основі комплексного аналізу варіативних країново-регіональних моделей венчурного фінансування інноваційних процесів обґрунтовано ключові напрями їх глобалізаційної диверсифікації. У дисертаційній роботі комплексно проаналізовано корпоративні стратегії і бізнес-моделі венчурного фінансування з дослідженням глобальних трендів розвитку корпоративного венчурингу, розкриттям ключових векторних мегатрендів модернізації корпоративних стратегій внутрішнього венчурингу у фінансових механізмах комерціалізації інновацій, а також конкретизацією екзогенних й «гібридних» механізмів бізнес-моделей венчурного фінансування. Дисертація містить результати авторських досліджень організаційно-економічних й інституційних механізмів розбудови в Україні венчурної екосистеми інноваційного розвитку. Комплексно проаналізовано кількісні й структурні параметри розвитку вітчизняного венчурного підприємництва з обґрунтуванням стратегічних пріоритетів його розбудови у контексті включення України у глобальний інноваційний простір. The work is devoted to a comprehensive study of venture financing processes in the context of the deployment of techno-globalization processes. Considerable attention is paid to the disclosure of theoretical and methodological principles of venture financing and its evolution. Based on a comprehensive analysis of variable country-regional models of venture financing of innovation processes, the key directions of their globalization diversification are substantiated. The dissertation comprehensively analyzes corporate strategies and business models of venture financing with the study of global trends in corporate venture development, the disclosure of key vector megatrends of modernization of corporate strategies of internal venture in financial mechanisms of commercialization of innovations, as well as concretization of business exogenous and «exogenous». The dissertation contains the results of the author’s researches of organizational - economic and institutional mechanisms of development of the venture ecosystem of innovative development in Ukraine. The quantitative and structural parameters of the development of domestic venture entrepreneurship are comprehensively analyzed with the substantiation of the strategic priorities of its development in the context of Ukraine's inclusion in the global innovation space.
