    У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методологічні аспекти менеджменту виставкових центрів та особливості управління культурно-мистецькими установами. Проведено аналіз організаційної структури, кадрового потенціалу та ефективності управлінських процесів Національного культурно-мистецького та музейного комплексу «Мистецький Арсенал». Оцінено використання фінансових, матеріальних та інформаційних ресурсів установи. На основі результатів дослідження запропоновано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення менеджменту виставкового центру із застосуванням сучасних цифрових технологій, інноваційних підходів та зарубіжного досвіду. Практичне значення роботи полягає у можливості використання запропонованих рекомендацій для підвищення ефективності діяльності культурно-мистецьких установ України. The qualification paper examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of exhibition center management and the peculiarities of managing cultural and artistic institutions. The organizational structure, personnel potential and effectiveness of management processes of the National Cultural and Art and Museum Complex “Mystetskyi Arsenal” were analyzed. The use of financial, material and information resources of the institution was evaluated. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were proposed for improving the management of the exhibition center through the use of modern digital technologies, innovative approaches and foreign experience. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using the proposed recommendations to improve the efficiency of cultural and artistic institutions in Ukraine.
