Item Agriculture as the motor of development of the republic of Serbia(ДВНЗ «Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана», 2020-04) Krmpot, Vera; Hajdobranski, AleksandraThe current development and the current agricultural situation in Serbia provides many opportunities for the development of the national economy. Development of agriculture means both the revitalization and reconstruction of the rural settlements and territories. We can define revitalization as a set of pre-planned (continuous and intermittent) measures, interventions and actions initiated at different levels – national, regional, subregional and local (municipal). All these actions are aimed at mobilization and rational spatial organization in the function of market oriented exploitation of natural, demographic and material (production) resources of rural settlements. It is also of utmost importance to provide for their administrative and functionally related advancement. This paper endeavours to research the possibilities of agricultural development as the motor of the development of the Republic of Serbia.Item Attitudes to green technologies in Sweden(ДВНЗ «Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана», 2020-04) Moroziuk, O.The present article deals with the use of green technologies and the attitude of the Swedish population to the environment. It contains an overview of the major eco technologies used in the country. Its prior objective is to investigate the causality between Sweden’s status as the greenest country in the world and population culture. They believe that without taking care about the natural environment supply of resources to production sector and, generally, proper economic development of the countries would be impossible. In the opinion of the authors, environment protection still is the problem not only in Georgia but all over the world. Though Millennium Development Goals were achieved and absolute majority of the countries is currently involved in achievement of Sustainable Development Goals, environment protection is still a problem. The authors regard that this is evidenced by the cataclysms occurring all over the world from time to time. The authors consider environmental education of the society as the main factor for dealing with the environment protection problem. They regard that formation of environmental awareness should commence in the childhood. The model of cross-sectoral interaction of intelligent technologies in these industries is substantiated.Item Culture representation in terms: problems and perspectives for teaching terminology(ДВНЗ «Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана», 2020-04) Arustamyan, Ya.The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems connected with cultural elements included in terminology, the peculiarities of their translation and teaching. As cultural elements usually evoke a serious barrier in understanding and rendering, very important aspect of solution to this problem is careful linguoculturological analysis through the context as well as thorough work with specialized dictionaries. The author also analyzes the researches of methodologists in this sphere, observes their understanding of the problem, and suggests the ideas how to organize in-class activities and homework assignments to make the process of learning terminology much more effective and interesting. In addition to existing institutional system of Euro-regions the new structure - European Association group of Euro-regional territorial cooperation may be implemented with similar functions, but on other legal grounds. Effective functioning of Euro-regional structures as an organizational and financial platform for cross-border cooperation depends significantly on the system of state and regional management, as well as organizational economic support. Today, the potential for regional cooperation between Ukraine and the EU is not sufficiently realized. The rate of advance of the rate of growth of labor productivity in comparison with the dynamics of their remuneration (dinamics collation) is one of the evaluation indicators and at the same time the levers of managing the development of organizational and economic potential of the economic system. Upgraded techniques of communication and transport annulated the obstacle of time difference and space distance on global level causing many kinds of illegal acts to get altered characteristics such as ways of committing offences. Has criminal acting evolved beside civilization progress? Under light of circumstances regarding actual standards of modern life, it is necessary to pay attention to the key subject of this article relates to nowadays forms of robbery as criminal offence. We deem as important to detect these forms to enable concept of anti-robbery management. The management has its formal and material sides. As formal part, one can define normative parameters of robbery as illegal act. Material part of its exposing in reality, as we think, for sure is more various influenced and structured by many criteria. In terms of product promotion, packaging is an effective method of promoting a product that facilitates its sale without any change in qualities. So, the scientific and practical approach to the development of ecofriendly packaging is formed, the approach is based on the results of the marketing research. Упаковка полегшує транспортування товару, а також рух товару на ринку, допомагає зрозуміти та прийняти новий товар, його виробника споживачами, допомагає створити враження. З точки зору просування товару, упаковка – це ефективний метод просування товару, який сприяє його продажу без будь-яких змін у якості. Отже, в роботі сформовано науково-практичний підхід до розробки екологічно чистої упаковки, підхід базується на результатах маркетингового дослідження. Упаковка облегчает транспортировку продукта, а также перемещение продукта на рынке, помогает понять и принять новый продукт, его производителя потребителями, помогает создать впечатление. С точки зрения продвижения товара, упаковка – это эффективный метод продвижения товара, который облегчает его продажу без каких-либо изменений в качестве. For State, regional administration or municipality planning and implementation is the significant task. Ensuring public infrastructure (construction as well as its further exploitation) requires substantial financial resources. Therefore, the main task and challenge for the government is to create the infrastructure with the limited resources and with the term of maximum exploitation. It is also important to insure projects from the corruption facts. For this purpose, the transparent spending of funds should be ensured by active involvement of the public and proper financial management. Furthermore, it is substantial that we used innovative approaches during the project implementation process and to create more productive and high-quality products with the same or less expenditures. Finally, the project should be accompanied by a risk management system in order to avoid undesirable event during the project implementation or its further exploitation period and to minimize potential threats of the project.Item Employment challenges in Georgia(ДВНЗ «Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана», 2020-04) Tavartkiladze, MarineThe paper is dedicated to the study of the challenges of the Georgian labour market and the effectiveness of employment policy. In order to study and analyze these issues, desk research was conducted, as well as a focus group with representatives of various institutions and the Government. Challenges have been identified and recommendations have been made to overcome them.
