Abstract
Today relevance of the problem of economical science development is out question. A new, modern political economy is to rise, which is charged to absorb the highest achievements of the past and to display the mature needs of the future. In the terms of the world economic and financial crisis Podolinskii’s ideas, that economic theory should be focused on its physical problems, on questions of strengthening the national economy, resources-saving and ecological safety, become the most-important. The science of economy should be developed as an organic part of the scientific knowledge whole.
