У статті досліджено сутність поняття «професійна мобільність». Системно розкрито зміст процесів професійної мобільності на ринку праці. Проаналізовано вплив
професійної мобільності працівників на забезпечення інноваційного розвитку національної економіки.
Topical issue of research is processes of professional mobility, identifying the causes, characteristics and extent of movement of workers in the labor market. The main of article is definition of professional mobility and its role in the innovative development of national economy. The essence of professional mobility has been defined in the article. The article advocates clarification of the meaning in two aspects: such as internal characteristic of workers and as trends on the labor market. Important influences of professional mobility to providing innovative character of development the national economy have been proved. The types of occupational mobility on the market of labor have been systematized. The influence of the workers professional mobility on the national economy’ innovation developments have been analyzed. The important role of professional mobility of workers is growing under conditions of becoming of knowledge economy. In article have been proved that the employment structure and dynamics of changes in the labor market as an important factors for innovation development of economy. The aspects of future research are the general characteristics and trends of the phenomenon of professional mobility, the influence of mobility processes to generation and transfer knowledge, accelerate innovations and provide innovative development of the national economy.
В статье исследована сущность понятия «профессиональная мобильность». Системно раскрыто содержание процессов профессиональной мобильности на рынке труда. Проанализировано влияние профессиональной мобильности работников на обеспечение инновационного развития национальной экономики.
