Abstract

У статті проведено аналіз сучасного стану та тенденцій розвитку ринку праці України з урахуванням важливих політичних та економічних подій. Визначено динаміку основних показників на ринку праці. Виявлено проблеми та перспективи розвитку українського ринку праці і запропоновані заходи щодо його реформування.

The current state and trends of the Ukrainian labor market taking into account the important political and economic events is analyzed in the article . The dynamics of the main indicators of the labor market is analyzed too. Also there was identified problems and prospects of development of the Ukrainian labor market and was proposed measures to reform it. Тhe most urgent problems of labor market in Ukraine is a large-scale labor migration, especially in connection with military operations and movement of the working population of Donetsk and Lugansk Oblast and Crimea occupied territory, the growth of informal employment, the imbalance of demand and supply of labor, nekvalifikovanist workers, the decline of regional markets Labour major industries, low social protection of disabled people, the lack of employment opportunities for socially disadvantaged groups.

В статье проведен анализ современного состояния и тенденций развития рынка труда Украины с учетом важных политических и экономических событий. Определена динамика основных показателей на рынке труда. Выявленные проблемы и перспективы развития украинского рынка труда и предложены меры по его реформированию.
