Abstract
У статті розкрито основні методи інтерактивного навчання, використання яких стає все актуальнішим в умовах необхідної взаємодії практичного та теоретичного знання, науки та бізнесу. Наводяться також конкретні приклади використання таких методів, як навчальна дискусія, мозковий штурм і кейс-технології, які були практично апробовані під час навчального процесу. Крім
того, розкрито переваги та недоліки кожного із методів і запропоновані шляхи до їх удосконалення з урахуванням тих завдань, які стоять перед навчальним процесом.
The article reveals main methods of interactive learning, the use of which becomes more relevant in сurrent conditions of the necessary interaction of practical and theoretical knowledge. Also the ground of those conditions is analyzed, emphasizing that the current time is defined as highly innovative and rapid in its changes and influence at different sides of people`s living and business life. Some theoretical aspects of the educational process are also analyzed, and the role of interactive methods is highlighted. There are also concrete examples of the use of such methods as learning discussion, brainstorming, and case studies are presented, together with step-by-step description of the organizing process. The abovementioned methods were practically tested during the educational process, gaining a positive feedback from all members of the process (both students and business representatives). In addition, advantages and disadvantages of each of methods are revealed, and ways of their improvement are proposed, taking into account those tasks that the educational process should accomplish.
