Abstract
Дослідження присвячено аналізу геополітичного значення Правобережної України у європейській системі міжнародних відносин в другій третині ХVIII ст. Розкрито соціально-політичну ситуацію на землях українського Правобережжя, яка склалась у процесі їх освоєння українцями і поляками, а також здійснено аналіз такого явища як гайдамацький рух. Виявлено, що гайдамацький рух був постійним явищем, котрий становив фактор дестабілізації соціально-політичної ситуації в Речі Посполитій і цей фактор активно використовувався іноземними державами. Зокрема, Російська імперія намагалась його використовувати для створення передумов втручання у справи Речі Посполитої й послаблення політичного впливу у цій країні Австрії. Фактор геополітичного значення українського Правобережжя був вирішальним у формуванні складної конфігурації системи безпеки в Європі, особливо у процесі її трансформації напередодні та в ході Семирічної війни. Також, звертається увага, що Російська імперія, намагаючись активно використовувати соціальну ситуацію на українському Правобережжі, уникала прямого втручання в неї.
The research is devoted to the geopolitical importance of the Western Ukraine in the European system of the international relations in the two third of the 18th century. The geopolitical situation on the territories of the Western Part of Ukraine, which was made in the process of its inhabitance by the Ukrainians and the Polish. Moreover, the analysis of such phenomenon as haidamak movement has been made. It has been found out that the haidamak movement was the constant phenomenon, which was a factor for the destabilization of the social-political situation in Rzeczpospolita and this factor was actively used by the foreign countries. In particular, the Russian Empire was trying to use this factor in order to create the conditions for intrusion in Rzeczpospolita’s affairs with the aim to lessen of Austrian political impact in this country. The geopolitical factor of the Ukrainian Western Part was decisive in the formation of the complicated configuration of the security system in Europe, in particular in the process of its transformation on the eve of and during the Seven Year War. Moreover, the attention has been paid to the fact that the Russian Empire was trying to escape the participation in this war by means of actively using the social situation in the Western Part of Ukraine.
