Abstract
У статті розглянуто основні напрями розвитку екосистеми цифрової економіки й роль інформаційних технологій у трансформації всіх внутрішніх процесів компанії, що використовують
їх як конкурентні переваги в своїй діяльності. Висвітлено концепцію інтеграції існуючих систем електронного ведення документообігу в сучасну digital-організацію. Доведено, що digital-організація,
яка діє в глобальному ринковому просторі, повинна вибудовувати
наскрізні методи цифрової взаємодії всіх бізнес-процесів від аналітики та новітніх технології до обробки великого масиву даних і
диджиталізації документообігу в юридичному управлінні, фінансах, обліку, аудиті, виробничій діяльності при прийнятті рішень.
The article reviews the main developmental directions
of the digital economy and the role of the information technologies in
the enterprise´s transformation of its internal processes; which are
used as the competitive advantage during its main operation. The
paper is presents the main concept of the enterprise´s transition into a
digital organization the issues that arise on the way to a digital
transformation.The article provides with the framework of the
integration of existing electronic maintenance systems, storage and
maintenance of accounting and reporting documents and automation
of all enterprise types of activities into a modern digital organization.
This could be argued to significantly simplify the processing of
important information flows processing, as well as allows receiving
instant answers to various requests and provides the fast utilization of
the necessary information for the business administration. It has been proved that the digital organization, which operates in the global
market space, should establish external methods for the digital
interaction between all its business processes; from analytics and topnotch
technology to big data processing and document flow
digitalization in its legal, finance, accounting, auditing, and production
activities during decision making process. The introduction of virtual
and augmented reality technologies may radically change how the
companies work in terms of their strategy development, corporate
culture, human resource management, technology development policy
and organizational structure. There may appear new elements of the
process management based on the trust in data reliability, which could
enable the opportunity to work on complex analysis with the
minimization of the possibility to manipulate. These could also allow
the enterprise to effectively interact both internally and externally.
