Abstract
Статтю присвячено проблемам рефінансуван-
ня Національним банком України вітчизняних ко-
мерційних банків у сучасних умовах функціонування
банківської системи. Досліджено теоретичні та прак-
тичні аспекти рефінансування комерційних банків
України. Визначено основні види рефінансування ко-
мерційних банків України та виокремлено їх ознаки.
Проаналізовано показники рефінансування комерційних
банків України та виділено основні тенденції розвитку
системи рефінансування комерційних банків України.
Визначено вектор розвитку системи рефінансування
комерційних банків України. Виявлено актуальні про-
блеми системи рефінансування у вітчизняній практиці.
Розроблено пропозиції щодо поліпшення й удоскона-
лення системи рефінансування в українських реаліях,
зокрема запропоновано реалізування під єдиний пул
активів та операцій РЕПО.
The article deals with the problems of the National Bank
of Ukraine to refinance the domestic commercials banks
under current conditions of the banking system functioning.
The theoretical and practical aspects of refinancing
the commercial banks of Ukraine have been investigated.
The main types of refinancing the commercial banks of
Ukraine have been defined and their features have been
demonstrated. The indicators of refinancing the commercial
banks of Ukraine have been analysed, and the main trends
of the Ukrainian banks’ refinancing system development
have been emphasized. The basic development thrust of the
Ukrainian commercial banks’ refinancing system has been
determined. The topical issues of the refinancing system
have been revealed within the national field. The author’s
suggestion regarding the improvement and enhancement of
the refinancing system under current conditions, including
implementation of assets and REPO operations into the
single pool, have been provided.
