Abstract
У статті обґрунтована необхідність впровадження стейкголдер-аналізу в практику стратегування якості освіти закладами вищої освіти. Продемонстроване визнання необхідності впровадження концепції стейкхолдерів через аналіз документів методичного характеру Національного агентства з якості освіти. Визначені відмінності в уявленні про стратегічний концепт для фірми і закладу вищої освіти, оцінена змістова подібність понять «якість освіти» та «якість освітньої програми».
The article substantiates the need for universities to implement stakeholder analysis in the practice of quality education strategy. The recognition of the need to implement the concept of stakeholders in the field of education through the analysis of methodological documents of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance has been demonstrated. Differences in the idea of the strategic concept for the firm and the institution of higher education are identified, the substantive similarity of the concepts "quality of education" and "quality of the educational program" is assessed.
