Концептуальна модель економічного управління диверсифікацією діяльності підприємства

Abstract
This article is devoted to the problems of management by diversification activities at enterprises as an alternative to its development. The authors purposed to use the concept of economic management as management based on the use of economic metrics in order to achieve the goals of diversification as an enterprise development strategy. An economic management conceptual model of diversification of the enterprise’s activities are developed and described. It is based on five key prerequisites, such as 1) the diversification process has two levels: strategic and tactical; 2) the diversification as a strategic process has a cyclical nature; 3) the diversification of enterprise’s activities is accomplished by the achievement of a balance of its key stakeholders; 4) integration of a diversification objects assessment metrics based on the strategic controlling methodology at every stage of the management cycle; 5) the scaling of strategic changes in the company influenced by diversification through economic drivers in the planning, current and analytical projections. Modeling of diversification process management at the enterprise allows us to streamline the processes and procedures of making managerial decisions, reduce the risks of making unreasonable decisions, and increase the effectiveness of the development of the enterprise from a strategic perspective.
