Abstract
У статті представлено ретроспективний огляд динаміки фінансування розвитку альтернативних джерел енергії у світовому масштабі, для якого характерним є постійне зростання інвестицій та їх ефективності. Представлена характеристика стратегічних пріоритетів розвитку енергетичного сектору в Україні та суб’єктів різних форм власності, що їх реалізують. Констатовано, що згідно математичної моделі сценаріїв розвитку вітчизняної енергетики у довгостроковій перспективі можливо очікувати поступовий перехід об'єднаної енергосистеми України на повністю відновлювану енергосистему. Доведено, що підвищення потенціалу альтернативної енергетики в Україні пов’язано із можливістю залучення фінансових ресурсів із різних джерел та розкрито їх особливості. На основі дослідження практичних аспектів фінансування відновлювальних джерел енергії розкрито специфіку фінансування потенціалу розвитку альтернативної енергетики в Україні та виокремлено фактори, що її визначають.
The article is devoted to the research of the global tendencies and dynamics of financing the development of alternative energy sources. The current issue has received considerable critical attention due to the constant growth of investment into the alternative energy sources and their efficiency worldwide. The main characteristics of strategic priorities of development of the energy sector in Ukraine and the subjects of various forms of ownership that implement them are represented. Understanding the complexity of the chosen issue, it is concerned that according to the mathematical model of the main scenarios of domestic energy development in the long term, there is a possibility to expect a gradual transition of the unified energy system of Ukraine to a fully renewable energy system. It is proved that the increase of the potential of alternative energy in Ukraine is connected with the possibility of attracting financial resources from different sources. The structure of energy production in Ukraine and the possible sources for its financing are analyzed. The primary features of alternative energy financial support in our country are revealed. Based on the study of practical aspects of financing renewable energy sources, the specifics of financing the potential for the development of alternative energy in Ukraine are concerned. The considerable attention is paid to the identification of the factors that determine the potential for the development of alternative energy in our country. In order to strengthen the role of alternative energy in Ukraine, it is considered the importance to pay attention to the following factors that determine the features of financing its development, including: growing demand for "environmental" investments; the need for significant amounts of funding; expansion of the share of debt financing for development; equity nature of financing; application of practical financial mechanisms of state stimulation of energy production from renewable sources; the need for the introduction of "green" innovative technologies and the possible areas of their financing.
