Abstract
В предлагаемой статье обобщены научные знания и законодательные нормы финансово-правовой категории «бюджетные расходы», что позволило предложить авторское определение указанного понятия и поделиться с коллегами изысканиями в сфере бюджетного права Украины.
The proposed article summarizes the scientific knowledge and legislative norms of the financial and legal category «budgetary expenditures», which allowed to propose the author’s definition of this concept and share with colleagues researches in the field of budget law of Ukraine.
