Особливості використання потенціалу ресурсної циркулярності лісових господарств

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню потенціалу ресурсної циркулярності лісових господарств. У роботі проаналізовано сутність та узагальнено категорійний апарат «циркулярної економіки», на основі якого сформовано її сучасне бачення у вигляді взаємопов’язаних елементів тріади «ознаки характерності — механізми принципів — новітні бізнес моделі». Автори запропонували власне трактування понять «циркулярна економіка», «потенціал ресурсної циркулярності». Розглянуто сутність, значення, особливості формування потенціалу ресурсної циркулярності лісових господарств та шляхи його ефективного використання. Обґрунтовано доцільність й необхідність переходу підприємств до моделі «кругової економіки» задля сталого розвитку суспільства. The article is devoted to the research of the concept of the potential of resource circularity of forestries. The paper analyzes the essence and generalizes the categorical apparatus of the «circular economy», on the basis of which its modern vision is formed in the form of interconnected elements of the triad «characteristics — mechanisms of principles — innovative business models». This triad is the foundation for the successful operation of enterprises on the basis of a «circular» economy. The expediency and necessity of the transition of enterprises to the model of «circular economy» for the sustainable development of society are substantiated. According to the authors, the potential of resource circularity is the ability of entrepreneurs to implement business ideas that are both aimed at meeting economic (in this case, profit) and social (solving acute social problems) needs. In this case, the forest industry is particularly promising. After all, the potential of resource circularity is based on the reuse of waste, and forestry activities are accompanied by constant waste generation. In addition, forest waste is safe and reusable in any case, so it is a source of additional income for entrepreneurs. When talking about the potential of resource circularity of forests, and more precisely about their quantitative and qualitative assessment, it is worth remembering the peculiarities of its formation and use. Among which the main one is the direct dependence of the magnitude of the potential on the territorial location of the enterprise, which affects the range of products and ways of processing and reuse of waste.
