Abstract
The work is devoted to analyze the theoretical and practical aspects of mergers and acquisitions in international business, with a focus on their motivations, financing, legal aspects, and impact on innovation and competitiveness of companies.
The theoretical foundations of mergers and acquisitions in international business and their relevance in the modern global economic environment were studied. The work defined and analyzed the methodological approaches used in the analysis of mergers and acquisitions in international business, the study of the relationship between mergers and acquisitions in international business and their effectiveness in achieving the desired results.
Робота присвячена аналізу теоретичних і практичних аспектів злиття і поглинання у міжнародному бізнесі з акцентом на їх мотивацію, фінансування, правові аспекти та вплив на інновації та конкурентоспроможність компаній.
Було здійснено дослідження теоретичних основ злиття та поглинання в міжнародному бізнесі та їх актуальності у сучасному глобальному економічному середовищі. У роботі було визначено та проаналізовано методологічні підходи, що використовуються при аналізі злиття і поглинання у міжнародному бізнесі, дослідження взаємозв’язку між злиттям і поглинанням у міжнародному бізнесі та їх ефективність у досягненні бажаних результатів.
