Abstract
У статті узагальнено існуючі підходи до формування ресурсного забезпечення діяльності підприємства, на основі чого виділено характерні особливості цього процесу в бізнесі з виробництва рослинної олії. Встановлено, що олійно-жировій промисловості характерний типовий набір ресурсів, які використовуються більшістю сучасних суб’єктів господарювання. Для повноцінного функціонування переробного підприємства потрібна в достатній кількості сировина олійних сільськогосподарських культур, земельні ділянки, будівлі, споруди, обладнання основного виробництва й обслуговуючих підрозділів, транспортні засоби, спеціальна техніка, запасні частини, матеріали для виробничих потреб, енергетичні ресурси, персонал, грошові кошти, нематеріальні активи, інформаційно-консультаційні послуги, інтелектуальні навички, інформаційні технології. Визначення потреб і спрямовування у діяльність необхідних ресурсів вимагає значних зусиль від працівників з високим рівнем кваліфікації, щоб вчасно, якісно та раціонально залучити увесь перелік засобів виробництва.
The article summarizes the existing approaches to the formation of resource support for the enterprise's activities, on the basis of which the characteristic features of this process in the business of vegetable oil production are highlighted. It has been established that the oil and fat industry is characterized by a typical set of resources used by most modern business entities. For the full functioning of a processing enterprise, a sufficient amount of raw materials of oil crops, land plots, buildings, structures, equipment of the main production and service units, vehicles, special equipment, spare parts, materials for production needs, energy resources, personnel, cash, intangible assets, information and consulting services, intellectual skills, information technologies. Determining the need and directing all types of resources into activity requires significant efforts from employees with a high level of qualification in order to attract the entire list of means of production in a timely, qualitative and rational manner.
It is assumed that the dependence on oil raw materials, the inability to increase the depth of its processing and the high share in the production cost of this resource reduce the possibilities of effective production of vegetable oil. The unstable price situation for raw materials and other types of resources requires prompt analysis of potential financial results and prospects for achieving profitability in business. It was noted that the result of resource management should be the availability of all types of resources in sufficient quantity and at the right time at prices that allow effective economic activity. High volumes of oil exports cause the production of this product in Ukraine to depend on the conditions of the international environment, therefore there is a need to improve resource provision in the direction of automation, informatization and rationalization of the use of all means in economic activity.
