Abstract
У роботі було розкрито теоретичні засади державного регулювання галузі телекомунікацій та їх роль у розвитку інформаційного суспільства; проаналізовано сучасні тенденції розвитку телекомунікаційних технологій та їх вплив на економічні й соціальні процеси в Україні; досліджено механізми державного регулювання галузі телекомунікацій в Україні та оцінено їх ефективність в умовах інтеграції до європейського інформаційного простору; вивчено міжнародний досвід регулювання телекомунікаційної сфери та визначено можливості його адаптації в Україні; оцінено нормативно-правове забезпечення розвитку телекомунікаційної галузі в Україні та запропоновано напрями його вдосконалення; розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності державного регулювання галузі телекомунікацій з урахуванням європейських стандартів та потреб національної економіки.
The paper revealed the theoretical principles of state regulation of the telecommunications industry and their role in the development of the information society; analyzed current trends in the development of telecommunications technologies and their impact on economic and social processes in Ukraine; investigated the mechanisms of state regulation of the telecommunications industry in Ukraine and assessed their effectiveness in the context of integration into the European information space; studied the international experience of regulating the telecommunications sector and identified the possibilities of its adaptation in Ukraine; assessed the regulatory and legal support for the development of the telecommunications industry in Ukraine and proposed areas for its improvement; developed recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of state regulation of the telecommunications industry, taking into account European standards and the needs of the national economy.
