Структура визначення факторів впливу на стійкість функціонування промислових підприємств

Abstract

Відповідно до сучасного стану промисловості України у статті розглянуто сутність розуміння стійкості промислових підприємств. Визначено внутрішні і зовнішні фактори впливу на стійкість функціонування підприємств. Розроблено структуру факторів впливу на стійкість функціонування промислових підприємств.

In actual conditions, operational efficiency of industrial enterprises is directly related to the effect of factors of internal and external environments. The negative impact of these factors is the reason for decrease of their sustainability and, consequently, the failure to meet the goals and planned indices of activity. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to determine the factors which influence the sustainability of the enterprise and to work out their structure for industrial enterprises. It was found out that the most complete essence of economic sustainability is revealed when it is considered as the ability to maintain the current state of the enterprise as a system in the presence of external and internal influences and to ensure its efficient operation through the effective use of еру material resources and their stocks, sustainable financial position, effective management, stable improvement and development of production capacity as well as its social development in the conditions of changing environment. Depending on the result of performance and control capabilities it is offered todivide external factors of the influence into external factors of macro- level (country level), external factors of the meso-level (regional and sectoral) and micro-level of the external factors (the inner circle of the enterprise). The structure of influencing factors on the sustainability of functioning of industrial enterprises as open dynamic systems is worked out. It is also determined that the effective functioning of the industrial enterprises necessarily requires the control of not only the influence of factors in isolation, but in their interaction and relationship.

В соответствии с современным состоянием промышленности Украины в статье рассмотрена сущность понимания устойчивости промышленных предприятий. Определены внутренние и внешние факторы влияния на устойчивость функционирования предприятий. Разработана структура факторов влияния на устойчивость функционирования промышленных предприятий.
