Abstract
В результаті дослідження запропоновано концептуальний підхід до забезпечення інноваційного розвитку підприємства, що охоплює низку взаємопов’язаних процесів, і результатом першого з них мають стати обґрунтовані орієнтири: ресурсоощадний–орієнтир на інновації в межах традиційного бізнесу, покликаний підвищити ефективність суб’єкта господарювання без значних капіталовкладень і за короткий проміжок часу, масштабуючий як проміжний результат, досягнутій за рахунок нарощення обсягів виробництва інноваційної продукції на основі наявних технологій, та ринкоформуючий інноваційний розвиток–орієнтир, спрямований на випуск принципово нової продукції, шляхом запровадження інноваційних технологій виробництва. В статті обґрунтовано взаємозв’язки між видами інноваційного розвитку та бар’єрами пріоритетів і компетенцій, що стримують процеси розробки і впровадження інновацій та поділяються за походженням на ті, які або пов’язані з пріоритетами власників і менеджерів, або з недостатньою розвиненістю компетенцій персоналу, ідентифікація таких бар'єрів сприятиме їх прискореному подоланню і уможливить пришвидшення інноваційних процесів на підприємстві.
The study proposes conceptual approach to the development of innovative enterprises, covering a number of interrelated processes, and the result of the first of them should be substantiated benchmarks: resource saving – innovations-oriented in traditional forms of business, aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the businesses without significant investments and within a short period of time, scaling – as an intermediate result, achieved at the expence of increasing volumes of innovative production, based on the available technologies and market-forming innovative development – benchmark directed at brandnew product launch through the introduction of innovative production technologies. In the article the author has substantiated the relationships between the types of innovative development and barriers of priorities and competencies, that hinder the processes of development and implementation of innovations. The barriers are divided by origin into those which are either related to the priorities of the owners and managers, or to underdevelopment of competencies of the staff. The identification of these barriers will help to swiftly overcome them and will enable the acceleration of innovative processes in the enterprise.
