| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено аналізу трансформації економічної структури суспільства, зокрема й у сфері фінансових відносин, яка потребує вдосконалення методів дослідження та вироблення нових теоретико-методологічних підходів, які відповідають сучасним ринковим перетворенням. У статті досліджено інституційні умови, інституційна структура та сучасний розвиток наукового пізнання фінансової інфраструктури. Висвітлено теоретичні парадигми та трансакційні витрати як витрати з експлуатації (функціонування) економічної системи. Розглянуто сучасні дослідження як оцінка впливу фінансової глобалізації та лібералізації ринків капіталу на економічне зростання залежно від якості інститутів національних економік. Дослідження проведено для окреслення ключових можливостей формування сучасної фінансової інфраструктури. This article is dedicated to a comprehensive analysis of the transformation of the economic structure of society, with a particular focus on the field of financial relations. These transformations call for the improvement of existing research methods and the development of new theoretical and methodological approaches that are in line with the ongoing market transformations. As economic systems evolve under the influence of globalization, digitalization, and changes in financial markets, there is a need for scientific approaches that are flexible and adaptable to new realities. A key focus of the article is the examination of institutional conditions that affect the financial sector, the institutional structure, and the modern development of scientific knowledge regarding financial infrastructure. The article explores how institutional factors change in response to economic, political, and technological shifts, and how these changes either promote or hinder the development of the financial system. Understanding these dynamics is essential for policymakers and businesses alike, as it can inform better decision-making in a rapidly evolving economic landscape. Furthermore, the article reviews contemporary research that evaluates the impact of financial globalization and the liberalization of capital markets on economic growth. It looks at how these factors affect national economies, particularly in relation to the quality of their institutions. The findings underscore that high-quality institutions play a critical role in ensuring that global financial trends positively influence economic growth and stability. The study ultimately seeks to identify the key opportunities for the creation of a modern financial infrastructure that is resilient, sustainable, and capable of meeting the demands of current economic systems. Such an infrastructure is necessary to foster long-term growth and prosperity in a globalized economy, ensuring that financial systems are more inclusive and adaptable to future challenges. | |
