| dc.description.abstract | У статті досліджено сутність фінансової стратегії та її роль у системі стратегічного управлін ня підприємством. Визначено головні завдання та функції фінансової стратегії підприємства. Проведено узагальнення етапів формування фінансової стратегії. Зазначено, що фінансова стратегія узгоджується із загальною стратегією підприємства та є чинником забезпечення його ефективного функціонування у майбутньому. Проаналізовано підходи до розробки фінансової стратегії підприємства, зокрема, із використанням сучасних корпоративних інформаційних систем. Визначено характерні особливості цього процесу та основні проблеми, що виникають під час реалізації фінансової стратегії на вітчизняних підприємствах, сформовано пропозиції щодо усунення впливу негативних факторів. Доведено, що фінансова стратегія є спрямовую чим вектором управління підприємством та його фінансовою діяльністю у сучасному динаміч ному та конкурентному ринковому середовищі. Strategic business direction and economic growth in the long term are relevant in modern market conditions. The ability of enterprises to react to external factors such as financial crisis, tax legislation, volatile political situation, exchange rates fluctuations in time is important today. High degree of competitiveness, financial stability and profitability of enterprises are achieved by properly developed financial strategy and effective management. Dynamics of economic development in Ukraine increases the importance of solution to the problems such as seeking funding, the optimal ratio of equity and debt capital, the effective management of financial resources. So, the matter of the formation of a financial strategy is currently of great interest. The aim of this article is to consider the features of the formation and implementation of a financial strategy, its role in the economic growth of an enterprise. The recommendations regarding the improvements of a financial strategy are presented. It has been found out that financial strategy must be negotiated with the overall company's strategy, financial forecasts and economic transformation in country. The consistency of targets and strategic indicators is also crucial. It has been justified that these steps could help to determine the amount of necessary resources, to estimate all possible risks, to develop an effective financial policy, etc. This research paper focuses on different approaches of the formation of a financial strategy through the use of modern corporate information systems. The specific features and the main problems of this process at domestic enterprises are identified. Domestic enterprises must pay special attention to strategic financial management and the using of strategic management planning tools. In order to achieve these goals it is necessary to create the conditions of knowledge acquisition regarding the formation of a financial strategy for entrepreneurs by the state. It is claimed that financial strategy is a development vector in company's strategic management in the modern dynamic and competitive market environment. | uk_UA |
