dc.description.abstractРозглядається роль комунікацій в оптимізації операційного менеджменту для підвищення ефективності бізнес-процесів. На основі аналізу сучасних інструментів, таких як ERP-системи, обґрунтовується їхній вплив на раціоналізацію ресурсів, скорочення витрат і забезпечення конкурентоспроможності організацій. Пропонуються практичні кроки для впровадження сучасних підходів до управління комунікаціями, що сприяють сталому розвитку та підвищенню операційної ефективності підприємств. This article investigates the optimization of communication in operational management to enhance the efficiency of business processes. Modern tools such as ERP systems are analyzed for their role in rationalizing resources, reducing costs, and improving organizational competitiveness. The study highlights key advantages and limitations of communication strategies and proposes practical steps to implement modern approaches for sustainable development and operational efficiency in enterprises. Research findings underscore that effective communication reduces operational costs, minimizes errors, and accelerates decision-making processes. Moreover, companies adopting integrated communication systems achieve improved product quality, faster response times, and higher customer satisfaction rates. The paper also explores the challenges associated with integrating information systems, emphasizing the importance of structured data flows. Notably, ERP systems eliminate data duplication, streamline inter-departmental communication, and enhance productivity by automating processes. The authors discuss case studies and empirical findings demonstrating a 25% cost reduction in companies that invest in communication enhancements. Key methodologies such as resource utilization audits, automation of routine tasks, and the use of KPIs are outlined to measure and improve operational efficiency. The research concludes with recommendations for integrating innovative tools, including AI and big data analytics, to further optimize communication and achieve strategic goals. This study is particularly relevant for enterprises aiming to adapt to digital transformations and maintain competitiveness in dynamic business environments.
