The article analyzes the genesis and content of the basic concepts of CSR, which allowed to identify "nuclear" and alternative theories, which were systematized on the basis of the correlation between their essence and the theoretical content. Summarizing the research of the concepts of CSR, the article proved that in the process of evolution of views on the phenomenon of CSR, the corresponding concept has not lost its relevance, independence and identity. However, the basic provisions of this concept have undergone a certain transformation under the influence of numerous alternative concepts that enriched its content, specified some aspects and made it practically applicable. As the conclusion, the article emphasizes that the formation of a conceptual model of CSR, which reflects the dominant approaches to understanding its nature and content and their respective perceptions of subjects, object, sphere of manifestation and principles of CSR, has not only a great theoretical but also practical meaning.uk
