| dc.description.abstract | Метою статті є визначення поняття соціальної відповідальності як підґрунтя становлення та функціонування громадянського суспільства. Існування України як демократичної держави, рівень та інтенсивність взаємовідносин з іншими країнами, статус у міжнародному співтоваристві, а головне благополуччя народу і стабільність соціальної системи залежать від ступеня розвитку інститутів громадянського суспільства. Тотальний контроль за суспільством призводить до його деградації. Єдиною можливістю реалізації внутрішнього потенціалу соціуму є його самоорганізація та самоконтроль. Формою такої самоорганізації в демократичній державі стає громадянське суспільство. Організація такого суспільства передбачає високий рівень свідомості, громадянської й політичної культури всіх її членів. Унікальність даної соціальної спільноти полягає в тому, що головною її метою є захист прав, задоволення потреб й реалізація можливостей кожної конкретної особистості. Досягнення цієї мети передбачає усвідомлення особистістю відповідальності за свою діяльність та її наслідки перед кожним членом співтовариства, тобто усвідомлення своєї соціальної відповідальності. Благополуччя одного залежить від благополуччя всіх. Умовою становлення та життєздатності громадянського суспільства є здатність враховувати права та інтереси інших людей, усвідомлювати суспільну значимість власних дій та ступінь їх впливу на життя тієї чи іншої соціальної групи, суспільства і навіть цивілізації в цілому, тобто соціальна відповідальність. | uk |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this article is to substantiate the concept of social responsibility as a basis for the establishment and functioning of the civil society. Ukraine is faced with the historical fact: its existence as a democratic state, level and intensity of relationships with other countries, status in the international community, and welfare of people and stability of the social system depend on the degree of sophistication of civic institutions. Total control over the society leads to its degradation. The only possibility to realize the internal potential of the society is its self-organization and self-control. The form of such self-organization in a democratic state is a civil society. The organization of such a society envisages a high level of awareness, social and political culture of all its members. A unique feature of the social community is that its main goal is the protection of rights, satisfaction of needs and realization of possibilities of each particular individual. However, the attainment of this goal envisages the realization by a personality of its responsibility for its actions and their consequences for each member of the community, i.e. realization of one’s social responsibility, since the realization of the individual potential and attainment of individual goals is only guaranteed on condition of a stable functioning of civic institutions. The welfare of one person depends on the welfare of all people. A precondition for the formation and viability of the civil society is the possibility to take into account the rights and interests of other people, realize the social importance of one’s personal actions and a degree of their influence on the life of any social group, society and even civilization as a whole, i.e. social responsibility. | en |
