| dc.description.abstract | Пропоновану статтю присвячено складним поліструктурним змінам в глобальному і європейському соціумі, що зумовило швидкі зрушення у панівній до недавнього часу постіндустріальній парадигмі. Це природним чином відобразилося на секторальних і горизонтальних парадигмах, центральне місце в яких посідає монетарна теорія. Авторами проаналізовані новітні парадигми: Homo oeconomicus, Homo sociologicus, Homo urbanus, Homo retis (мережна парадигма) і цілий ряд інших, що дозволило провести ретельний аналіз доказової бази сучасного монетаризму. Обгрунтовано зростаючу значущість на поч. ХХІ ст. нових (модерних) методологій: теорії оптимальних валютних зон, неолібералізму, неокейнсіанства та неофункціоналізму. Це сприяло співставленню їх з теоретичними концепціями (молоді парадигми) Європейського Союзу (різношвидкісна Європа, Європа а la carte, концентричних кіл, піонерних груп, близька кооперація, кооперація, що зростає). Наведені аргументи дозволили визначити важливий тренд гібридної дифузії сучасних теорій, глибинна цифровізація яких вже найближчим часом сформує нову парадигму Homo informaticus. Зміни ж в монетарній моделі ЄС відбуватимуться під впливом як внутрішніх, так і зовнішніх чинників, центральне місце серед яких посідатимуть глобальні процеси цифровізації. The article is devoted to the actual problem of identifying modern paradigms in the global economic environment, in particular, the role and significance of the impact of monetary theory on society and its interaction with theories of European integration. The authors have comprehensively analyzed the mutual influence of modern and archaic paradigmatic approaches to substantiating the essence of modern monetarism, in particular, the theory of optimal currency areas, which has found its practical implementation in the euro area created in the EU. However, these actions in the context of global uncertainty require further clarification and new arguments. Given this, the authors have developed the so-called paradigm model of European monetarism, which is based on a profound transformation of post-industrial methodology. It includes sectoral (Homo oeconomicus, Homo sociologicus, Homo hybridus, media and artistic paradigms), as well as horizontal (Homo creativus, Homo retis, Homo cybernaticus, Homo urbanus, Homo ecologicus) paradigms. At the same time, the authors substantiate the possible creation of new paradigms, some of which may be immature. Researchers are convinced that the trends of the global diffusion of modern economic theories and theoretical concepts of European integration (multi-speed Europe, Europe a la carte, concentric circles, pioneer groups, close cooperation, growing cooperation, etc.) may prove to be promising in the near future. It is determined that the processes of hybridization and digitalization will inevitably lead in the near future to the formation of new paradigms associated with digital dominance in the global society of Homo informaticus, within which the monetary component should be linked to the dominant processes of sustainable development and the growing turbulence of the global economy. The indispensable qualitative indicators of the new hybrid paradigm should have the following selective features: global priority of freedom of action, combined with the selective limitation of influences; hybridization of rational and irrational judgments (decisions) that form the basis of global international projects; formation of polystructural markets (regional, local, sectoral, global) and dominant monetary systems, including virtual ones; widespread use of analytical, empirical and abstract systemic approaches to identification of new paradigms, development of new theories and concepts. | |
