Abstract
The offered article covers features of the financial actions directed on overcoming of system crisis of the Ukrainian oil refineries’ economic development. The author considered dependence between dynamics of a financial state of the oil refineries and cost of their debt. He shows the main crisis financial actions at such enterprises in recent years.
