Abstract
The theses outline a methodological approach to the development of the destroyed city of Ukraine. Within the framework of the approach, the characteristics of models of urban development in Ukraine are shown. The emphasis is on the need not so much to restore the destroyed, but to use the opportunity to build a humancentered model of the city that meets the consumers' needs of a modern Ukrainian.
