dc.description.abstractСтаття розглядає вплив четвертої промислової революції та індустрії 4.0 на розвиток регіонів в Україні. Автори стверджують, що нові умови господарювання породжують нові вимоги до праці, компетенції працівників, що змушує держави та регіони конкурувати один з одним за людський капітал. Саме це і стає причиною розвитку SMART-регіонів. У статті дається авторське визначення SMART-регіону, складові та принципи розумного управління регіоном. У статті наводиться визначення індустрії 4.0, а також ознаки за якими можна говорити про наявність в регіоні індустрії 4.0. На основі дослідження розвитку регіонів України, яке тривало у 2017- 2018 роках, автори роблять висновок про наявність в Україні осередків індустрії 4.0 та впровадження елементів розумного управління містом. На основі цього дослідження автори класифікують регіони та пропонують напрями змін для пришвидшення їх розвитку у тренді індустрії 4.0. Особливої уваги заслуговують наведені у статті негативні наслідки індустрії 4.0, зокрема зростання безробіття, що потребує зваженої соціально-економічної політики. Окремо у статті звернуто увагу на важливість готовності суспільства до змін і адекватної у зв’язку з цим культурної політики. The article shows the influence of the fourth industrial revolution and the industry 4.0 on the development of regions in Ukraine. The authors argue that the new conditions of management generate new requirements for labor, the competence of employees. This forces states and regions to compete with each other for human capital. This becomes the reason for the development of SMART-regions. The article gives the author's definition of the SMARTregion, the components and principles of intelligent regional management. The article gives the definition of industry 4.0, as well as the signs by which we can talk about the presence of industry in the region 4.0. On the basis of the study of the development of Ukraine`s regions during 2017-2018, the authors conclude that there are the point of industry 4.0 in Ukraine and the introduction of elements of smart city management. Based on this study, the authors categorize the regions and suggest directions for change to accelerate their development in industry trend 4.0. The article also points to the negative effects of industry 4.0, which is an increase in unemployment. This requires a balanced social and economic policy. Separately, the article draws attention to the importance of society's readiness for change and cultural policy that is adequate in this regard.uk_UA
