Abstract
The paper analyzes and evaluates the human resources management system based on the materials of the international educational and cosmetic center «Start Estel». The practical significance of the work is that the results can be used: in research activities in the study of concepts and models for choosing effective areas of human resource management in the beauty industry; in teaching a course of lectures, conducting seminars and practical classes on this topic.
В роботі проведено аналіз та оцінку системи управління людським ресурсом по матеріалам міжнародного освітньо-косметичного центру «Старт Естель». Практична значущість роботи полягає в тому, що результати можуть бути використані: у дослідницькій діяльності при вивченні концепцій та моделей вибору ефективних напрямків управління людськими ресурсами в індустрії краси; у викладанні курсу лекцій, проведенні семінарських та практичних занять з даної теми.
