The paper proposes a list of project management tools, practices and mechanisms to systematize and structure project activities. For better perception, all the above data was also presented in the form of a project analysis of one of the departments the division of GC UTS as an international company - a distributor of chemical raw materials. Theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept of «competitiveness» are considered, the analysis of factors influencing it is carried out. The analysis of the activities of the DHL Company, its competitive advantages in the international market and the tools for achieving them is carried out. The analysis of the state of the international market of logistics services, the influence of external factors on it, considered trends and possible changes. Магістерська робота присвячена вивченню процесів і методів управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства на міжнародних ринках в умовах конкуренції. Розглянуто теоретичні підходи до визначення поняття «конкурентоспроможність», проведено аналіз факторів, що на неї впливають. Проведено аналіз діяльності компанії DHL, її конкурентних переваг на міжнародному ринку та інструментів їх досягнення. The practical significance of the work is that the results can be used: in research activities in the study of concepts and models for choosing effective areas of human resource management in the beauty industry; in teaching a course of lectures, conducting seminars and practical classes on this topic. В роботі проведено аналіз та оцінку системи управління людським ресурсом по матеріалам міжнародного освітньо-косметичного центру «Старт Естель». Практична значущість роботи полягає в тому, що результати можуть бути використані: у дослідницькій діяльності при вивченні концепцій та моделей вибору ефективних напрямків управління людськими ресурсами в індустрії краси; у викладанні курсу лекцій, проведенні семінарських та практичних занять з даної теми.
