Abstract
В статті розглядається застосування штучного інтелекту в процесі цифрової трансформації підприємств. Аналізуються можливості застосування штучного інтелекту в різних процесах підприємства, а також їх вплив на автоматизацію бізнес-процесів, оптимізацію виробництва та покращення взаємодії з клієнтами. Розглядаються виклики, пов’язані з впровадженням штучного інтелекту, такі як дефіцит кваліфікованих кадрів, питання безпеки даних та етичні проблеми. На основі проведеного аналізу сформульовано загальні рекомендації для бізнес-організацій які планують здійснювати цифрову трансформацію з використанням технологій штучного інтелекту.
