dc.description.abstractУ статті аналізується проблематика інноваційного розвитку вітчизняної економіки. Основну увагу приділено питанням фінансового забезпечення національної інноваційної системи України. Зокрема, розглянуто роль інституційних інвесторів у фінансовому забезпеченні інновацій у нашій державі. Проведено кількісну оцінку потенціалу інституційних інвесторів: недержавних пенсійних фондів, інститутів спільного інвестування, страхових компаній з погляду визначення їхнього ймовірного впливу на інноваційні процеси в Україні. Проведено аналіз сучасного стану ринку послуг недержавних пенсійних фондів, ринку страхових послуг та ринку спільного інвестування. Виділено окремі проблеми, які суттєво стримують можливості інституційних інвесторів у фінансуванні інновацій. Обґрунтовано низку рекомендацій, що спрямовані на посилення ролі інституційних інвесторів у трансформації заощаджень різних економічних агентів в інвестиційні ресурси та їх подальшого спрямування у національну інноваційну систему України. The article analyzes the problems of innovative development of national economy. In a number of existing problems, the focus is made on financial support for Ukraine's national innovation system. In particular, the role of institutional investors in innovation financing in our country is considered. It is emphasized that in developed economies the institutional investor sector accumulates enormous resources and directs them to innovative projects at different levels. It is shown that such role of institutional investors is determined by balanced government policy towards the financial sector. A quantitative evaluation of innovative investors’ potential is made - non-state pension funds, institutions of collective investment, insurance companies – in terms of determining their potential impact on innovation processes in Ukraine. It is found that one of the key problems that determine the weakness of financial potential of institutional investors is the lack of focus on attracting household savings. The analysis of the modern state of the services market of private pension funds, the market of insurance services and market of collective investment is carried out. Some problems are identified which significantly impede institutional investors' ability to finance innovation. In particular, it is argued that today the state has failed to create a favorable institutional environment that would fully meet the interests of financial sector participants. A number of important recommendations aimed at strengthening the role of institutional investors in transforming the savings of different economic agents into investment resources and further their direction into the national innovation system of Ukraine are justified. In particular, special attention is paid to expanding the range of financial instruments through which institutional investors can direct resources into innovative sectors of domestic economy. It is justified that such approach requires a revision of legal framework of institutional investors' asset management and formation of innovative infrastructure in Ukraine. В статье анализируется проблематика инновационного развития отечественной экономики. В ряду существующих проблем главное внимание уделено вопросам финансового обеспечения национальной инновационной системы Украины. Рассмотрена роль институциональных инвесторов в финансовом обеспечении инноваций в нашей стране. Проведена количественная оценка потенциала институциональных инвесторов: негосударственных пенсионных фондов, институтов совместного инвестирования, страховых компаний с точки зрения их влияния на инновационные процессы в Украине. Проведен анализ современного состояния рынка услуг негосударственных пенсионных фондов, институтов совместного инвестирования, страховых компаний. Выделены отдельные проблемы, которые существенно сдерживают возможности институциональных инвесторов в финансировании инноваций. Обоснован ряд предложений, направленных на усиление роли институциональных инвесторов в трансформации сбережений различных экономических агентов в инвестиционные ресурсы и направление их на уровень национальной инновационной системы.uk_UA
