| dc.description.abstract | Протягом XV—XVII ст. у Європі відбулись події, що визначили появу нових інститутів, які зрештою обумовили радикально інший шлях соціального та економічного розвитку європейського континенту, на відміну від Близького Сходу. До цих важливих подій можна віднести: появу банку як фінансового інституту; Реформацію; Вестфальський мир. Саме вони значною мірою створили передумови подальших європейських буржуазних революцій, історичною роллю яких було усунення перешкод для побудови капіталістичних відносин, а результатом стало — трансформація аграрних суспільств в індустріальні, перехід від монархій до буржуазних республік, стрімке зростання продуктивності праці на базі мануфактур та крупної машинної індустрії, що зрештою призвело до стрімкого економічного зростання та динамічної трансформації всієї системи суспільних відносин. The aim of the paper is to identify the preconditions for evolving of Islamic economic doctrine. During the XV—XVII centuries, in Europe particular events took place that eventually determined emergence of new institutions, which ultimately led to a radically different path of social and economic development of the European continent, in contrast to the Middle East. These important events included: 1) emergence of the bank as financial institution, 2) Reformation, 3) Peace of Westphalia. It was the events that largely created the preconditions for further European bourgeois revolutions, which historical role was to remove obstacles preventing capitalist relations. The result was — fast transformation of agrarian societies into industrial ones, transition from monarchies to bourgeois republics, rapid growth of labor productivity on the basis of manufactories and large machine industry, which ultimately led to rapid economic growth and dynamic transformation of the entire social-economic system. At the same time, unlike Europe, the Middle East and North Africa were under the rule of the Ottoman Empire (1299—1922), which in the XVI century becomes a feudal theocratic Muslim state. At the beginning of the destruction of feudal relations in Europe, the Ottoman Empire reached the highest point of its influence (XVI—XVII centuries). Throughout the Middle East, under the control of the Ottoman Empire, there was a relatively slow pace of social development and the domination of religious form of social consciousness. Muslim legal system thought in those days became very dogmatic and was limited mere to private law. Under such conditions, the Muslim socio-economic institutions formed in the early middle Ages (VII—X centuries) had not changed, being more or less in line with their social purpose. It was the inviolability of the dogmas of the Islamic faith and de facto immobility of Muslim jurisprudence that prompted the agents of economic relations to circumvent numerous prohibitions by introducing specific instruments. | uk_UA |
