Abstract
Досліджено макроекономічну невизначеність умов діяльності
корпоративних підприємств, яка особливо посилилась в період пандемії та
військових дій, та актуалізує питання постановки стратегічних цілей
бізнесу, здійснення фінансових прогнозів, розробки планів і прийняття
управлінських рішень в умовах геополітичної нестабільності та зростаючої
волатильності.
Нові підходи до фінансового прогнозування мають поєднувати
синергію економіко-математичних моделей, експертних методів
прогнозування та інструментарію бюджетування. Так, моніторинг зміни
показників діяльності фінансового сектору, ідентифікація драйверів
економічного зростання, розробка багатоваріантних сценаріїв з
використанням штучного інтелекту сприяють формуванню адекватних
фінансових прогнозів та бюджетів корпоративного підприємства.
Бюджет допомагає при плануванні діяльності виявляти ризики,
можливість зміни умов, а отже спонукає менеджерів розглядати проблеми
до того, як вони виникнуть. Важливості набуває функція планування і
розподілу ресурсів у бюджетуванні в умовах нестабільного і невизначеного
середовища.
The macroeconomic uncertainty of the operating conditions of corporate
enterprises, which has especially increased during the pandemic and military
operations, has been studied, and actualizes the issue of setting strategic business
goals, making financial forecasts, developing plans and making management
decisions in conditions of geopolitical instability and growing volatility.
New approaches to financial forecasting should combine the synergy of
economic and mathematical models, expert forecasting methods and budgeting
tools. Thus, monitoring of changes in indicators of financial sector activity,
identification of drivers of economic growth, development of multivariate
scenarios using artificial intelligence contribute to the formation of adequate
financial forecasts and plans of a corporate enterprise.
The budget helps in planning activities to identify risks, the possibility of
changing conditions, and therefore encourages managers to consider problems
before they arise. It should be noted that financial forecasting and budgeting, as a
financial planning tool, despite the fact that they have different goals, in their
combination enable the business to achieve the desired efficiency. A forecast
focuses on likely future events identified by the company for strategic purposes,
while a budget details in quantitative terms the expected future results and
provides tools to adjust them.
Considering macroeconomic volatility and its impact on the activities of
corporate enterprises, it is worth outlining the current factors of macroeconomic
instability in Ukraine, in particular: the COVID-19 pandemic, military actions,
rapid technological changes.
Financial forecasting of the economic activity of corporate business during
the war is a non-trivial task. The lack of timely statistical data and the expected
non-linear impact of military actions call into question the use of established
methodologies for current and short-term forecasting, however, combining
economic and mathematical methods with expert methods, active research of
macroeconomic indicators contribute to more accurate and effective forecasting
and management decision-making.
